Very often i go there for coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Before yesterday I visited there for bagel/cc there was a guy. I requested him instead of regular cream cheese i want strawberry/cc so he charge me first bagel/cc for $ 3.19 and then $ 1.19 for strawberry/cc all together he charged me $4.77. I asked him why u charging me 2 time he told me this is the rule if don’t take the regular cream cheese so, i just said really!!! I took the receipt. At the same time he printed...read full review

Super busy location at a gas station. Really small and a whole lot of people, one employee working really hard and the other on the phone. We ordered 3 iced lattes with all different flavors and when we got them back they all tasted the same and all overly sweet. We didn't know which one was which which sucked but i'll be back out of pure convenience.

I came in for my morning coffee and overheard an argument going on between the saleswoman and a customer: the customer was trying to get cups for that large to go box and she would not give any. Her excuse was they count the cups... and she was giving off the rudest attitude and face ever. Spirit of Christmas I purchased two medium coffees at full price with no coffee in them. To me that's bad ownership and bad service from the saleswoman.
