Please double check your receipts at this location folks. Over charging people and it's a big deal to receive a refund.
There is no customer service at all. There is so much attitude, especially THE CASHIER MITHILA. Don’t waste your money and time at this location!
They do not close at midnight, they close when the employees there feel like not making drinks. Arrived at 11:30 for a smoothie they said no we are closed only lattes.

I came to this location around 10:30 PM planning to order two of the $6 meal deals and some drinks. The woman at the register told me the oven wasn’t working, but it felt more like she didn’t want to prepare anything or deal with cleanup that late. It honestly came across as laziness more than a real issue.
While I stood there quietly deciding what to get instead, the male employee next to her started talking about me in Bengali. What they clearly didn’t realize is that I’m Bengali too. He said something along the lines of “we already told her the oven isn’t working and she’s still standing there,” then laughed with the woman. They were implying I was shameless or somehow wrong for just standing there trying to figure out what to order as if Dunkin Donuts is not a restaurant where people go to order food ??
I confronted him and he apologized, but the woman denied it and gave me visible attitude insinuating I just wanted to argue. The way they both laughed and spoke about me while I was right in front of them was incredibly disrespectful.
I won’t be returning. The staff clearly didn’t want to do their jobs and are lazy, and on top of that, they felt comfortable mocking a customer in a language they assumed I wouldn’t understand. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any kind of setting.

Buyer beware!!! Ordered thru Uber eats & store owner went into my Uber account and gave driver a $3 tip for the coffee I ordered. Without my consent.
The food is great but for me the only problem is that they don’t know how to make your drink. They just added sugar and didn’t even bother to mix it.
