Was in Astoria and needed to eat-- this was the best Chinese restaurant in all of Astoria-- a true gem! Warm and inviting atmosphere with wide selection of authentic Chinese dishes. The Peking Duck, Kung Pao Chicken, and both were absolutely outstanding. Tasted fresh and yummy, definitely enjoyed my meal there. The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices are reasonable. Environment is clean, maintained, and has a pleasant, comfortable ambiance. My go to place for Chinese food in Astoria!!! Great Chinese food pho sure!

I’m not satisfied with the restaurant’s way of handling my order. I ordered a delivery, but got nothing delivered and I just checked my bank transaction and I see a pending status for the food order. If you’re the owner or owners or investors with the restaurant, please fix this asap! I need you to refund my account quickly, you didn’t deliver my order and I’m not happy right now and very hungry. I will call you in the morning or afternoon first thing to speak to you. I don’t want to get my bank involved, but I will if you don’t resolve this issue and this is flat out unethically wrong to charge me and not deliver the food order. The following day. Ok, to no avail with Mr.Jade no customer service handling skills and deceptive bad business practices and lying to me that he spoke to his staff about the delivery. He stated that his staff is incompetent and that he was the manager and co-manager or pretended to be in contact with them on how to resolve nothing here with my order not being delivered. I am tired of some small mom & pop restaurants not doing their job and stealing customers money. I just got jaded, Mr.Jade and you’ll here from my bank first thing on Monday morning. No, sir when you accept orders you finish the job no matter what and you try and try again and again to completely deliver your end of the bargain. And to the general public don’t trust this establishment for being a friendly restaurant and trustworthy and a consumer confident business. They’re not professional and they lie to you don’t promise any good service.
