As a Black African American I wouldn’t come to this establishment. I came here and the two Spanish female workers were talking I waited patiently for them to finish their conversation. Another Spanish customer came in and they gestured for him to come and order, even though I’ve been standing and waiting for 10mins to make an order. Another black customer came in and one of the two ladies shouted “who’s next,” I told the black male customer than he can order because at this point I didn’t want nothing from them but to report my experience to management. I won’t be coming back here again, food is good but the customer service is very very very poor and the ladies who serve almost always have an attitude.

The food is ok , depending on the cook. The customer service is horrible. I called for a pick up order and the woman answering told me she didn't know my order and when I tried to explain I already ordered and just wanted to confirm the order was ready as I was omw to pick it up the woman said she didn't care and hung up the phone on me. ... i am a business professional and work close by getting my food from them on my lunch breaks been the worst experience of my life , they will gladly take your money and order but with little to no respect for patrons This has happened 3 times and its always the same woman

I ordered a Chicken quesadilla. They sent me a quesadilla very grease it had sprinkles of chicken. Not tp say that o want a whole chicken in my quesadilla but at least a whole shredded breast would have done it. I called and kindly explained to them that it was a cheese quesadilla. She asked me what I wanted to do I said can you please send me 1 with chicken . She responded okay .1 hour passed I called back to see what happen . They said it would take another 45 mins to which I said can you please refund the credit card the manager said I would have a 15.25 credit.

A small family business. Although there was limited seating, we arrived about 5pm on a Wednesday evening and there was seating for the 4 of us. We ordered Cuban sandwiches and they were great. For the first time we also shared an order of Mofungo, it was delicious. The service was excellent and friendly. A true NYC neighborhood experience. A must if you are in the neighborhood. Walking distance from LaGuardia Plaza Hotel. Although we were tourists, they made us feel like family. Thank you for a great experience. The Maas family

Great food , great taste one of my favorite is the cuban sandwich. Omg try it try it . Is something else ,it’s huge ,I can’t eat it all at once I’d divided in three parts to eat it all day! Is loaded of pulled pork , ham , and pickles ! Awesome taste ! Great price!
