need to hire more staff, place was empty at 5am and took almost 30 mins cant call it fast food at that point. coffee was atrocious, i have left out coffee overnight and drank it the next day and this tasted 10x worse than that

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds Restaurants I've every been too. Was a good place but Many, many when I go there, they get my orders wrong, they seem never to have Soda, Hot Chocolate , McFlurry Ice Cream. They tell me the machines are broken. This has been on for months now. Some of the workers there get my order wrong. They seem to mix my order with another customers. I just want to point that you with you.

This location never sticks to its hours. Claims to be 24hrs. When you come late they gonna tell you their closed and reopening at 0400 or 0430am. Just close and then reopen.
Fix the app hours and operation hours to not make customers waste time coming here in the very early morning hours.
Do better.
Just because you have people in the location but can't get service doesn't mean your open. It's ridiculous.

Been here a good amount of times and it’s always the same. The workers don’t seem to prioritize the orders or people. No one is by cashier and they never seem to call out the orders on time. Most of the times the orders are just forgotten and it’s really difficult to get their attention.

I didn't like the service very much, they didn't give me my three fries that I ordered and the lettuce came rotten from my hamburgers and they didn't give me the soda that I asked for and the fries came cold and there were people and the people who serve didn't pay attention to them and they took long time for my order I didn't like it at all

I don't write reviews that much but if it warrants it, I will. I ordered thru a kiosk. When the crew handed me my order, she toss the straw towards me, I let the behavior slipped. She might be having a bad day. I went back with my large fries half filled and asked the same cre is this large? She replied rudely, "If it spilled in your bag, not my fault. I will refill it!"..her tone was as if I'm trying to get more food when all I want is what I paid for. And I told her it did not spill in the bag and she rolled her eyes and again sarcastically said "I already said I'll refill it and looked at the other customer and commented as if I'm not there saying "some people will still talk even after I said I'll refill it." I worked at McDonalds once when I was younger and I never treated my customer with disrespect! I can be sarcastic and nasty but I chose not to but I had to put her in her place. McDonald's should train their people well and should not allow this kind of behavior ruin their reputation....even more!

Very typical fast food place. Nothing special. The staff needs to be reminded of minor thi as you may need/want such as ketchup, sauce for chicken nuggets, straw for drink, and napkins. This should never be a problem with experienced staff members.
Parking: If walking out of the store, watch cars entering the parking area. Some drivers are always in a hurry to get to the drive-thru.

Workers dont pay attention at all. Waited 15 minutes while my food sat there behind the counter as if i wasnt there and it took a worker to come from outside to go back there and give me my food. This happens every single time I come here and Im sick of it. They never should have changed the layout of this location its been awful ever since. Workers hardly speak English either and look at me like Im the one who’s wrong for asking to get my food that ive paid for already.
If you have options, never pick this location for anything unless you want to motivate yourself with anger.

Don’t come here after 10pm, they have to be the slowest McDonald’s ever. Tonight I decided go inside to order to see if it would be any faster. Nope, just as slow as the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes for fries. They really need to get some people in here that know what they’re doing.
