We were in town for an event at Forest Hills Stadium and wanted to stop for a bite to eat before driving back to PA. We saw how great the reviews were for this place and it did not disappoint. The service was top tier and the food was incredible! Prices were also very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back if we’re ever in the area again.

Food is great we have two trips to meteo star within one review both time food was fantastic.Breakfast sandwhich listed in picture and bagel w/ CC.Service both times was fantastic they make everything fresh to serve so expect a little wait time but its worth the wait for fresh delicious food every time. The cook makes sure you get what you want!The ambiance of the shop is homey, in New York all shops are small but this place has it seating spaced nicely so you dont feel you are on top of others once eatting, it was clean, with indoor and outdoor seating. Had a A for health inspection.Metro star keep up the good work for the great price we will be going back.

UPDATE:They closed the register and shut down the grill over 11 minutes early today, and wouldn’t sell or make anything. Rather disappointed, as otherwise I really like this place.Excellent food and service, this is my second time eating here. On my first visit I ordered the California omelet, which was fresh and and very well prepared. This visit I ordered the sausage egg and cheese sandwich, which had a proper sausage patty and eggs cooked just right. One minor gripe, while dining in they do not provide free refills on regular coffee.
I loved. This place is the best cooking breakfast and lunch i have 2 years eating breakfast in metro every sunday with my family. And good attention to the Customer

lordddddd when i say the smoothies are amazing i mean absolutely amazing and delicious. the pancakes? truly out of the world. the wrap?? best wrap i ever had! im no bot, i swear i just was walking by one day and when i came in they were super friendly and helpful! i love this place! im going to come back to this place more often. thank you for ur amazing service! 10/10 -alex

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Great breakfast/brunch food at unbeatable prices. Extremely friendly staff. I tried the Metro Star panini and was pleasantly surprised (pictured below).I would say that it’s not quite a coffee shop (there are limited coffee options and they are good, but not great), but an absolute must visit brunch place in Queens!
