$9 for a turkey egg n cheese, should’ve known im paying extra for the gourmet name and the organic chips on display. Not a typical deli

My company would come here religiously any time we wanted to cater sandwiches for large orders. I don't know if they have new management or what, but the young lady that answers the phone seems new which is fine. However, the new manager, who is not someone I've ever dealt with in the previous times we've ordered here is so NASTY and RUDE. I'd prefer talking to the guys who make the sandwiches than this guy. Go elsewhere, don't bother with here.

I barely write reviews but i walked out of this place so mad that i even went in there! All i ordered was a bagel with cream cheese and a freshly squeezed orange juice. I notice that the girl rang up 8 DOLLARS for the bagel annd 6 for the orange juice. I asked her it’s 8 dollars for a bagel? She said yes! I was in shock! The freshly squeezed orange juice was cheaper than the bagel!!!! So i go to pick up the menu and a worker from the back goes to her and says something to her and she’s like miss it’s actually 5.99 so she hands me 2 dollars. I can only imagine how many people they scammed!! This is my first and last time ever coming here! Don’t care how hungry i am!!

PS the bagel was terrible!

$9 for a bacon, egg and cheese!!!! I’m glad I didn’t ask for ketchup, It probably would have cost me another $12. This place is extremely expensive and do not have prices posted up anywhere. Pretty scammy.
I pass by this place every day on my way to work and figured I’d give it a try. I will not be stopping here again. Cooking Staff was friendly, girl at the counter was literally speaking in a whispered tone (probably to not scare other customers with pricing)

Everytime you go in this place the girl a the counter charges you a different price . They don’t weigh the food and just wing it at the register . Then when you say her what’s going on with your prices what are you charging a different price each time . She says YA horrible customer service! Total waste of

Very expensive. 26 bucks for a sandwich and a can of soda. I was shocked Food was average at best. Workers friendly and attentive. Should have went to Sal Kris and Charlie and paid half get leftovers and better quality food

East Hampton prices this is probably the most expensive Deli in Astoria and it's not even good... $9.25 for Ham, egg and cheese sandwich is a joke... Deli on 20th av. has makes better sandwich for $4.90

I stopped by this “gourmet” deli today and I order 2 sandwiches and a bagel. The New Yorker and Cuban. First, my son said that the New Yorker had egg shells in it and the hash browns were cold. My daughter had the bagel and the bagel was extremely hard and cold. I mean.. how do you mess up a bagel. I had the Cuban and it was hands down the worst sandwich I ever had. I took two bites and spit it out. Needless to say I had to throw all the sandwiches in the trash. They are very pricey and not friendly . Totally would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.
