Really slow service. Food is bad. Service was worse.
Inedible. I ordered the salad. The arugula was yellow and it was swimming in dressing. Gross. I couldn’t eat it and I’m not that picky. They did not offer to make it right and they charged the full amount. I should have protested but I needed to get to my flight.
Great food for an airport restaurant. I will say it’s the best chicken Parmesan sandwich in an airport. The place is quite small but fills up at lunch time quickly.
Highly recommended if you are in Terminal B.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor. staff were not welcoming and the cashier was outright rude. They were unable to process my credit card properly, which delayed me even further as I was already running late for my flight. Instead of showing understanding or empathy for my situation, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, I witnessed them deny something as simple as napkins/tissue papers to a passerby, which was shocking and showed a complete lack of basic courtesy. For a place in the service industry, the attitude and treatment I received was unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

Served me old wine that had already turned, so beware of ordering a single glass of wine. Food was alright, except came burnt to a crisp along the edge and underside of the chicken Parmesan. For what you get, I cannot recommend, especially at these prices.

The best food I’ve EVER had in an airport. No matter where served, it was really good. Rigatoni w/ perfect compliment of broccolini in a great butter garlic sauce. Arugula salad was on point and not a small serving considering the price. Wine…upcharge as expected, but good quality with many options. Tiramisu and double macchiato to end the meal, wonderful. My server was excellent. He is what I would hope for in a fine restaurant. The reason for the 4 stars in service and atmosphere is a female server working the early afternoon on 7 AUG. There is no reason for her to be working in the service industry. I watched/listened as she scolded guests for not using the QR code and watched multiple people get up and leave after interacting with her. She hung out at the bar swearing about customers with her family/friends and in general was awful to be around. If this woman is working when I return, I’ll go somewhere else. She’s a wart on what is otherwise a great restaurant. The other woman working was quiet, attentive, and kind enough to strike up a conversation as I left.

Waited 8min for the worker behind the bar to come back and take my order after asking him could he clear a plate & 2 glasses (that he was unaware of) from the bar so I could sit with my party. After being told that he couldn't make the advertised drink I settle for a Jack & Ginger. He proceeded to tell me that they did not serve Jack Daniel's despite 2 bottle sitting on their shelf. I showed him that this establishment does have Jack Daniels pointing to the shelf. He ask me could I wait while he gets someone else because the regular bartender was on break. The guy came back with a Shake Shack employer smh. She ask only me in my party of 3 what would like? Ignoring my party. Eventually we gave her all 3 orders. She served my drink in a glass size that is normal used to give lemon wedges (see pic) or to place a receipt smh lol. When the normal bartender returned he confirmed my drink was served in the wrong glass and corrected my drink as a courtesy. I explained this situation to the manger and he basically ignored me, did not apologize, and was not empathetic.
