Waited 8min for the worker behind the bar to come back and take my order after asking him could he clear a plate & 2 glasses (that he was unaware of) from the bar so I could sit with my party. After being told that he couldn't make the advertised drink I settle for a Jack & Ginger. He proceeded to tell me that they did not serve Jack Daniel's despite 2 bottle sitting on their shelf. I showed him that this establishment does have Jack Daniels pointing to the shelf. He ask me could I wait while he gets someone else because the regular bartender was on break. The guy came back with a Shake Shack employer smh. She ask only me in my party of 3 what would like? Ignoring my party. Eventually we gave her all 3 orders. She served my drink in a glass size that is normal used to give lemon wedges (see pic) or to place a receipt smh lol. When the normal bartender returned he confirmed my drink was served in the wrong glass and corrected my drink as a courtesy. I explained this situation to the manger and he basically ignored me, did not apologize, and was not empathetic.

Great service, great food!

Visited in October 2024 prior to a flight. Food was fresh and delicious, service was excellent, and the drinks were strong. I have never had such a pleasant and satisfying experience at an airport restaurant.

This is my go to airport spot when I’m at LaGuardia. The food is good! I had the chicken parm sandwich and an affogato for dessert. Jimmy, my server, was efficient and friendly. Good service is consistent here!

Nice place to grab a beer, Susej (sp?) Was incredibly sweet and welcoming and made me feel like she knew me for years. Next time I travel through LGA I will hopefully sit at Il Viaggio again.

$40 for bland Alfredo and a chicken sliver? Iconic.
The priciest pasta I’ve ever regretted—airport vibes, captive audience, zero flavor.
Next time, I’m picking the $12 taco and my dignity.

The burger and shrimp salad delicious. Servers very nice. Keep up the good work!

Truffle chicken sandwich could have been delicious but they packaged it in the same container as a heavily dressed salad - so the bread and entire sandwich was a soggy mess.

Ordered margarita pizza (flatbread). Received input cheese with no sauce. Bill includes 3% employee benefits and retention!!!

Very nice restaurant, delicious dish, very clean and the service is great!

Wow just wow the food was exceptional for an airport, the staff were very friendly and attentive. If you need a spot to rest and eat this is the place.

Wanted some NYC Italian at LaGuardia. Il Viaggio delivered. My daughter is not a big Alfredo sauce fan but loved the Fettuccine Alfredo I ordered after a taste. My wife's Spaghetti Pomodoro w/Shrimp was delightful. The Chicken Parm meal and sandwich were both above normal and excellent airport fare. Service from Jimmy was excellent even while he worked the bar. Easily the best airport experience in a couple years. Thanks for having such a class act at the airport!

Amazing food - hard to believe it’s at an airport!! Had the Brussels sprouts which were phenomenal. They get 5 stars. My go-to now a LAG where most things are pretty average or awful.
