So many faults.
The side I ordered was out of stock. Because I had closed my tab, it took 15 minutes on the restaurant’s iPad to submit all my details to get the refund; a very painful process. The waitresses did all they could; but it completely ruined the experience. You also can’t use the QR code from a UK phone as it blocks it.
The food is also hugely overpriced, and tasteless. Would not recommend.

I believe the restuarant really need to have their staff/waiters to treat their customers more courteously. My server thought she pretapped a 20% gratuity to me before handing me the tablet, was least concerned on checking with me if needed anything. The restuarant when I had gone there at LGA Delta terminal area altogether had probably 4 customers, so it wasn’t busy. I come from Dubai where the tips are not forced on you and they give you world class service. You definitely need to up your game. Food was good but very experience. Not a great experience overall.

You want to charge $60 for an 8 oz filet, but your service is pitiful! If I had seen these reviews prior, I would have not asked for a table. 🙁

Don’t be fool by the decor the food is horrible. This is the steak and eggs. The steak tasted stale and everything else was just as bad. I’m not expecting anything stellar at the airport but this was like someone threw some slop at me.

Bloody Buddy

Way too expensive even for an airport restaurant… they make you pay and tip before getting any real service or food (now I know why). Tipped 20 percent to get a flavorless cheese omelet (not a lot of cheese either) and potatoes that all needed salt and pepper. Waitress never checked in after taking our order and tip… the water and orange juice both had crap floating in the glasses. Got up and left after our sad breakfast, no thanks, no bye, no nothing. Pathetic but beautiful restaurant… not a surprise to see the low rating, spend your money anywhere else.

It saddens me to give such a bad review from a restaurant I have frequented outside of the airport. I ordered the usual rib eye and this time it felt as if the steak was from some low budget supermarket instead of prime beef. Sadly this experience has tarnished me going back to another prime location.

Due to the fact that Terminal C does not have a lounge for Priority Pass members, they were forced to go to one of the restaurants in this terminal. The food was very mediocre, the potatoes were overcooked and bitter because of that. The coffee was just as tasteless as in the airplane, which is strange...... But the prices are “like at the airport” and the tip is at least 18%! 2 coffees and 2 omelets with cheese cost $95 with tip( It goes without saying that the price does not correspond to the quality, but we sat in comfort and privacy before the flight. I recommend it if absolutely necessary.

flying delta on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, we found out on arrival the fligh
t was delayed. Stopped at Prime restaurant. Very pleasantly surprised. Had a really nice Apple old fashion special cocktail and Ny cheese cake. Both were very good and service was excellent. Prices were not bad for an airport either. I would definitely recommend

Our server, Ramon, was fantastic! So friendly and helpful. The filet and wine selection was also wonderful.

After traveling nonstop this month, it’s a rare opportunity to feel at home in an airport. Ramón made me feel at ease, almost like a regular.

The food was super flavorful, but honestly the highlights were the wine and Ramón – who gave me some great recommendations when choosing the wine ;). When I’m back at LGA, I’ll definitely come here again. Thanks for the outstanding service!

EDIT: not changing my review/rating, but after he left the place was *entirely* different. Slow service, that was kind of painful to witness. Ramón! Come back lol ;)
