Definetly got one of the worst service here ever. I’m trying to order a pizza quickly at the counter and get rejected, and not even politely redirected but really rejected to the dining area. I go there, have to wait at least a few minutes when waitresses are just chatting. I want to pay but they won’t accept Apple Pay unless I do it online, it doesn’t work, they have to put me on the airport WiFi (clock is still ticking), then the waitress puts the tip herself and clicks the checkout button. I go back and clicks 0 tip because I had no service worth a tip yet, and they decide I’m going to get take out instead of dining in because of this. I just left at this point because I don’t want to eat after all this hassle. I’d rather pay a bad sandwich for 15$ at the airport convenience store than this service.

Probably the worst service I have ever had. Me and my family come in around 6:40am, we are running on 2 hours of sleep and are just exhausted all around. We sat down and ordered from our phones. The waitress came around and told me to pull up my receipt, she touched my phone which I didn’t give her permission to do, and then told me I chose to dine out because I didn’t leave a tip. Now, I typically would leave a tip but I didn’t even have a water that would make her actually have to come check in on me, the only thing she would do is bring me the order and that’s all, so I opted out this time. She begins to be very passive aggressive towards my whole family and then goes behind the bar and LOUDLY starts talking crap about us!!! I understand being a bit butthurt but to be straight up unprofessional like that was so mind blowing to me. I didn’t catch her name but if management is reading this it was the bigger girl that has fake blonde hair. The food was just alright nothing special, the other server was super nice and brought our order out.

I haven’t ate here yet , but I need to see what are the ingredients are in the dough cheese and sauce! Anyone has the answers? It should all be simple and recognizable ingredients flour water salt 100% mozzarella tomato sauce no citric acid calcium chloride, and natural flavors
Thanks for update I fly out Wednesday! I will call the restaurant the online site doesn’t say anything about the ingredients!

Ordered the cheese pizza with mushroom. Very good - matter of fact better than some pizza I ate in Manhattan. Pleasant surprise for an airport restaurant. Fast service, accurate, hot, and tasty.

I had a better experience recently here than prior years, food is really good but past years service wasn’t nice. I think they have improved their service with new and better employees. Very happy with my last visit. I got a Caprese Toast with bacon, and it was expensive, but all food in the airport is usually more expensive, and it was delicious

The Salotto certainly turned out as a pleasant surprise in a very inadequate Terminal A at LaGuardia
The service was professional and quick and the pizza was really good (fresh and tasty!)
They have charge points for your devices if it's dine-in and plenty of beer options and cocktails to choose from.
Mushroom pizza used to be really good but they are using cheaper ingredients now. It was fast though

Very inhospitable and rude employees I ordered a $27 small pizza and they will not let me sit at the table because I ordered it form the cashier instead of the qr code on the table silly me I should have known better.

The most unpleasant pizza I have ever had in my life, without salt, poorly cooked, I had to ask for more cheese to be added, it did not have any mushrooms, poorly cooked, when I saw that others made it well, no I know if it was something of discrimination, also super expensive

I ordered 2 strawberry’s cream cheese bagels with a side of bacon. The waitress Dhar_shila literally repeated it back and I received 2 plain cream cheese bagels. I didn’t touch them at all and she refused to fix it Not only that she claim there was never any strawberry cream cheese but she offered that.. don’t waist your hard earned money here
