I recommend that as the owner, you serve your customers well, and provide good service. The truth is, the attention is very bad, and even though the place was alone, the food was very delayed. If they don't have a good attitude, they don't serve you. The truth is, I won't return to that restaurant.

The burgers had a weird taste, and came with extra stuff that was not listed. The bacon was just a slab, I couldn't even tell if it was bacon.The rest of my party enjoyed the empanadas and the meats, but the burgers were just awful. It also took forever to get the food, and it was insanely hot.

My expectations were high for the previous version of satori, it is not the same quality of food, nor the service, my bacon is raw, we ordered several hamburgers that come with three fries, it is not a restaurant, it is a bar. They should make it a bar.

I have no idea how the food is but I was in Queens for a baptism this weekend and post the ceremonies my friend wanted to come here to quickly check it out. The place is really cute and decked out with pink florals and twinkly lights everywhere. She said they have some of the best cocktails she's had in a long time and wasn't kidding. We each got a pistachio martini. I trusted in her and didn't even take a look at the drink menu because that sounded divine. The glass was rimmed with some kind of sweet sugar glaze and crushed up pistachios so that the outside legit tasted like a pistachio cookie and the drink was heaven. Absolute heaven. A little on the pricier side being a $15-16 martini but it also wasn't happy hour. But it was totally worth indulging in. I believe they serve a host of Latin infused comfort food here like burgers, hotdogs, arepas, empanadas. But I had already had some snacks before coming by. Would definitely stop by to check them out again. I think they're relatively newish or had moved from a different location and revamped menu.

Aaaaaand it's my first review of 2024!!! *blows noisemaker* I've been here during night (on a Friday with their DJ) and early afternoon, service and ambiance has been great both times. Food is really good, easily some of the best on this block (and in this immediate neighborhood). It's a relatively small spot but I love that. Food-wise I specifically love their arepas, skewers, the burgers and their appetizers - OH and their sauces. They have 6 housemade sauces and they're all delicious. The drinks here are also really creative and fun. They're a family-owned spot and you can tell they put a lot of love into everything they do. I don't know what it was like before, but I'm really glad they've re-opened. I did also go recently with a friend to enjoy a round of cocktails...it's $34 for a round of 2 cocktails which in this neighborhood is excessive - but just a heads up. There is a happy hour that's weekdays only - just FYI.

The diversity of their food is incredible. The chef is Colombian and prepares incredible things. The prices are the best in the area. They do not charge you a commission for billing like in some nearby places. Its owner is incredibly attentive. Their staff is always very attentive. We never thought it would be a Colombian place or with such incredible food. There is not even a sign outside that it has the Colombian flavor.
