This is an honest review and if any clarifications need to be made, please contact me for further details. My friends and I were completely not welcomed by the staff and the manager/boss of the waitresses, who sits with her arms crossed staring at everyone to see who's gonna get kicked out if they don't drink what she wants. Welp, turns out that she was doing everything in her power to kick us out, after we ordered our drinks and food/hookah, the waitress told us she got in trouble because we had to order a BOTTLE, which she did not mention at all and she's been working there pretty long so of course something more to add to our bill. Don't be taken advantage of folks, but we were all pretty young ladies so maybe that was the issue (idk). The check kept being sent to us so we could leave but we weren't ready because we literally just got there. Further into the night, we got the bottle to stay and the waitress at first kept going places to smoke hookah herself and not attend to our questions and orders. We had to call one of the other girls who would then call her to attend to our table. My thing is this is your job, act like you want to provide a decent amount of hospitality and customer service. This waitress kept coming over to our tablet to refill our drinks to finish the bottle so we can order another one or get kicked out. Mind you, we were each travelling home alone in a car service and getting fully drunk was a dangerous move for each of us. One time in the night, my friends went to the rest room and the waitress comes to the table confused as if they left or something, mind you she did not do this with any other customer in the lounge. All my friends and I just wanted to do is to have a nice night out with good vibes, all three hard working ladies who just wanted a night of good music and to loosen up from constant studying, etc. It was completely ruined due to the service we received from the staff members here. I do not recommend anyone to come here if they are looking to get treated with respect and valued as a customer.
This spot played dope music & had great hookah. Drinks were a bit pricey. Services here were A1.

Horrible service. Had us wait 30 minutes for EMPANADAS. Sat us down only to rush us out. I get that it’s COVID times but come on, work on your service. For a lounge it ain’t all that.
