Honestly, it's the worst and slowest Starbucks on the planet. I almost want to jump in to help them make the drink š . The hiring people really need to reconsiderā¦
Awful service. Baristas seem to have no sense of urgency and one girl seemed like she didnāt know what she was doing.

Waited over 20 minutes to receive our order. Customers who ordered before us kept receiving their orders so when we asked about ours they said they were working on it. When asked politely if they could hurry because our plane was now boarding and we had a long way to our gate the guy making our order looked over and decided to purposely move slower. He looked directly at me and I waived at him to please hurry. He again moved even slower then proceeded to put our order at the other end of the counter so we had to go down to the other end and reach for it. We barely made our flight by the skin of our teeth and I swear if we hadnāt that worker would not have a job a this moment because I would have pulled cameras and had his butt fired. Starbucks employees do better, thereās no need to be rude on purpose when you see someone is in a rush and about to miss a flight. So disappointed in La GUARDIA Airport Starbucks!!!

Soooo slowā¦understaffed as usual!...and I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told āwe are out of bold coffeeā! Out of coffee!.. drives me crazy!!! And then I ordered a pumpkin loaf -ā donāt warm it up Iām in a hurry to catch my planeāā¦nope ā¦made me wait another 20 minutes to be handed a loaf in plastic bag in a paper bag. The process to provide fast efficient service just slows them down and is not working! . And everyone looked miserable- like they hate their jobs -maybe customer service isnāt the right job then?

The place was supposed to be open until 10:00 PM. I was there around 8:00 PM, grabbed an orange juice from the shelf, and the staff acted like I did something terrible. Seriously, everyone works hard, and there's no need to treat someone in a way that leaves a bad impression! And guess who was the staff? Of course! The headphones guy that already has several complaints here.

Horrible service this place should be closed down. After waiting in a long line, i never got my drink, everyone who had lined up behind me go theirs. Afterfl following this up with another worker, i received a rude resposne and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my drink to be made as they pushed my order back to end of line.

This service is completely horrible!! To wait 35 mins for coffee is madness - the staff sucks - there isnāt enough ppl for the amount of traffic that arrives at this pick up Starbucksā¦. Bootleg as hell!!!!!
Horrible customer service by Evelyn - being argued with when i want by receipt - mandated for by law- is not acceptable. Her asking « do you want anything else » apparently means do you want your receipt. Do better.
I ordered a large caramel crunch Frap on 14th Aug 2024 at 1.45pm and It tasted like ICE. Whoever made my drink SHOULDN'T be working at Starbucks OR should seriously be trained properly. I was in USA for 4weeks and I drank this everywhere - in LA,SanFran,Miami,Vegas. It was GREAT everywhere else however at LAGuardia Airport terminalB was my worst caramel crush Frap I drank. I'm writing this review for improvement, I hope other customers do not waste their money on drinks like mine. Thanks
