Worst subway in the queens nyc area, management was horrible and tried to overcharge me, server did not change glove between touching register and making sandwiches. Eat there at your will.

I've purchased various time snad the food was good. My last visit was a bit of a let down but I have hope they improve.

I ordered takeout through Grubhub and went in to pick up my food. After giving my name and taking my bag, the employee called me back, asking for a phone number. I explained that I ordered through Grubhub and didn’t use my number, but he still took my bag back.

Despite my order and name matching exactly, he seemed confused and had someone else call the number on file. After an unnecessary wait, they finally confirmed it was a Grubhub order and let me leave. Overall, the service was disorganized, and the store lacked cleanliness and attention to detail.

Sandwich was good though. Jus a misunderstanding, but I hope more logic is used next time to save themselves and me from any unescesary stress. More employees on shift could help improve the locale overall.

One guy to handle whatever is thrown at him. I saw that he had a line plus a problem with an order on the phone, which seemed difficult maybe an older person, plus his little kid on the FaceTime. He worked hard though to get it done and properly and I appreciate the effort he made for my order.

Worst service ever. I was just asking politely excuse me is that pick up for me and this man started yelling at me with crazy attitude when I ask why he was so mad he accuse me of something I never did. When I was asking for an apology, he said “I said it’s OK!!!!” Are you sure you wanna hire people like this?

I love subway but the workers at this establishment just goof off which then creates a long line out of the door. If they were to work together as a team, they would be successful.

Food is descent tasting, and the cost is reasonable enough. Due to health reasons, I would not recommend eating more than every other week. Fast food, processed foods are generally not healthy.

Parking: 300 spots, not a single bicycle lockup.

I placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived, the store manager told me that someone had already picked up my order. I told the store manager that that could not be possible as I had not given out the order number to anyone. The store manager accused me of giving the order to someone else and would not refund me the money or re-make the sandwiches for me. Highly disappointed by the store and will not be going back again.

I went in today to get a sandwich for my daughter the man at the counter was sweeping away. Another customer came in and as I was ready to place my order I see a fly near the food and then I saw one land on the ingredients! Not sure why the food wasn’t covered but I told him and he looked at me confused as if he didn’t know what I meant but I restated there is a fly in the food. And he did nothing. Besides this review I will be reporting to NYC because if you didn’t know flys carry the worst bacteria. Yuck! Hope people don’t get sick

PLEASE DO ME A BIG FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE . I usually don’t do Reviews but I had to this one like seriously, These people are so cheap . Usually they suppose to put two scoops of chicken when you buy foot long and he put total of one scoop pretending to show that he put two scoops & when I asked them that’s all you put , he wanted more money asked me to pay $ 3 extra like wth when u allready paying & 9:75 , They put very Less chicken & also act like they don’t know any English .i wish I can give them -0 STARS . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I M TELLING YOU GUYS PLEASE DONT RUIN YOUR MEAL ..

Please don't buy for this subway employee are rude and don't want to prepare the food as you asked .Asked for a chop salad and ask to be prepared like i get it prepared in every other subway and i was refused. Even the manger was there and he didn't step in . A-Reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't give it less
