First bring a disabled person I can't go in the store easily as there is no disabled access instead a big step is at the front door .if someone use walker or cane this store is not perfect to shop . My online order was ready but when I asked an employee Mohammad that I want fountain soda too and I will pay for it .first he told me fountain soda machine is not working and I have to take from refrigerator where soda bottles are placed . But when I show him that the soda machine is working fine he handed me a small cup for soda when I asked about the price of small soda he said $2:71 with tax . I told him I usually buy subway from 51 and northern Blvd store and there it's $2:19 +tax .any way taste of soda was something strange like machine is not cleaned for a while .same with the sandwich not close to sandwiches I got from other store

The place is clean but u still found a bug and hair in my sandwich. Staff was rude and hung up when I called to tell them. I’m not saying don’t eat there but they need to be a bit more mindful. Please look at what your eating folks!!!

Just placed my order for pick up, tuna sandwich, unfortunately there is not much tuna in this sandwich. Usually subway puts two scoops for each half and this one looks like they did half of that and spread through the bread like it’s supposed to be butter. Disappointed. I called but no one answer and I certainly don’t want to drive there again. Guess I won’t be going here anymore.

Young guy who works at night shift & girls who work in the morning they are great in helping customers As i started coming here recently & spent over $ 100 in 2 weeks allready , The old guy that works here he is not only rude but over charges you , happened twice allready with me , I m not coming back again .. this 1 star is because of him .

The employees are very friendly since I arrived, the man treated me very well and made me the sandwich as I wanted. Unfortunately the soda machine did not work and they did not have many cheese options but the store is good I recommend it.

Asked them for a chopped salad they said no and I asked them why they said go to the McDonald’s across the street if you don’t want any sandwich, very rude man works Monday afternoons

Whoever was working at this Subway location on 1/13/22 @ 8pm needs a training on pleasing customers and how to make a decent sandwich. The sandwich I received was dry and the customer service was poor. I like saucy sandwiches so I asked for 4 different sauces on my sandwich but the employee was being so stingy with the sauces, which made my sandwich extremely dry. I also purchased 3 cookies and asked “is it possible you can warm them up please?” He refused and said he cannot. This is the first Subway restaurant where I’ve been refused warm cookies. What a disappointment, Won’t be returning.

They don’t make bad food, they just never accept any promo’s or coupons… that’s terrible!! U get absolutely no offers or deals but walk a few more blocks and go to the farther subway in northern Blvd.. u get both really good food and deals!!
