Terrible service. Waited for more than 30 minutes at the table, never received my order and had to change it “To Go”. Then received my order which was something I have never seen before.

Wanted some food once we got into the airport and picked voyage since it's right next to the gate. Reason for the 2 stars was the service after one factor. The person behind the bar noticed that my boyfriend had not been tipping on the checks (side note: a gratuity is already added to your order and you have the option to change it) . Once he had noticed he brought the receipts over to him and asked if everything that they were doing were ok and abruptly placed them next to us. My boyfriend stated that majority of his money is in cash and the person stormed away. Once that was over we wanted some desert before we headed to our gate and settle in, We ordered a 5 layered cake. Once we got the cake (10 minutes later while everyone was getting food), the ice cream was already halfway melted and it had the smallest of small cookies under the ice creme. The cake was decent although it tasted mostly like a brownie and was not moist at all and the filling was not at all silky. Overall it was a mediocre experience, although the turkey sandwich did taste pretty good. (Bring hand sanitizer because the counters look pretty grimy)

I paid $8 for 2 stale cupcakes. I threw the cupcakes away. I make much better cupcakes than this expensive bakery.

Certainly not customer oriented. Terrible service and ridiculous pricing. Very disappointed to be treated this way when I'm already being held against my will by my airline. Never again!

This restaurant is in Laguardia airport. It offers lots of bakery items. They all looked so yummy in the glass class, but when we got our toasted bagels, they were cold, hard, and tasted stale. Two bagels were $13. which included the cream cheese. I should have read the reviews like I always do before ordering. We would have made another choice. Unfortunately we were in a rush to catch our plane, and this was the result.

Your order "alerts" use the default iOS alert sound when an order is placed by customers. My meal was constantly interrupted by these alerts causing me to check my mobile device for a notification. Now I'm over at Terminal D, and Bar Brace (a similar restaurant) is making the same stinking alert sounds!
Really fancy and delicious drinks and desserts. The employees are very attentive and friendly. They do they forever for a dessert but it was worth the wait if you're not starving

While waiting for my food to arrive one disgruntled employee threw a glass plate into the sink and it exploded into a million tiny shards of glass. Glass was on the floor, seat, and counter where patrons eat. The other workers were apologetic but no one picked up the glass or seemed concerned about anyone getting cut. The disgruntled worker who stormed off, ended up being allowed back to work... I won't be returning to a place that allows its employees to act in such a way and doesn't care for the safety of its paying customers.
