The Factory @ Sloop Brewing

What an unpleasant experience!! Shameful for their decent beers and food. Servers were all so annoyed by every single things. Also be aware they don’t know anything about the menu. They will charge you more at the end.

I remember a few years ago when this place was special. There was a rainbow pathway that led to the essence of a great beer, with anticipation that couldn't be denied. Within the glass enclosures was the massive beer making process, with giant equipment. Nowadays, so much has changed, and it is truly upsetting.

The current setup screams of white, sterile, corporate ruins, where one cannot enjoy anything but an escape from. The experience of having an adult beverage has so much to do with an inviting environment. This place makes you want to run out of the room.

Though the beer remains fantastic, the bartending staff is nasty. Maybe the sterile white interior also made the staff soulless?

Anyway, it's not worth the trip anymore. Breweries are about experiences. This place reminds me of a mental institution (think the end of the Bourne Ultimatum)

If changes are made, I'll be back, otherwise... not. Sorry!

Mother clucker used to be a great sandwich. Was very small and dried out, so much siracha that was all anyone in the party could taste. Wait staff has the personality of a turnip. Drinks ran out, dishes piled up on the table. Could understand if it was busy but restaurant wasnt half full. Beer was good for what was available since some were out.

Really good beer. Cool location. But first time ever at a brewery that I get reprimanded for taking your draft beer in the seated outside area in a glass. Wasn’t allowed to go and sit outside. I should know that

Casual, industrial feel.

The food and beer are exceptional. Been coming here for years and it’s always very consistent. The atmosphere is good, it’s perfect for colder days because you will be indoors.

Terrific beer in a fun, unusual setting. I sometimes wish the indoor space had a bit more of a view of the outside, but it is what it is. The food is solid.

Worked with Joe to host our rehearsal dinner at sloops- couldn’t be happier! The food was delicious, our guests are still talking about the pizzas! Joe was easy to work with and super on top of communications. Can’t recommend enough!

Yes agree with 4.5 , surprisingly good food for a brewery. Went with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately no way to give 4.5 star on these sites, I still don’t understand why!! Is it that difficult to code so people can rate with half stars

This place is the perfect fun and relaxed happy hour with coworkers! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the brewery itself is spacious and inviting. Overall, it’s an awesome place to hang out, chat, and enjoy some quality drinks with the team. Highly recommend getting any of the pizzas they have!

I have never experienced such nasty bartenders in all my life. They acted like the customers were inconveniencing them. If you don’t like your job go do something else instead of being the most inhospitable miserable person in the room.

Got awful food poisoning from the chicken sandwich. I took one bite before noticing the chicken was gray and not cooked whatsoever.
