Very disappointed, and dissatisfied. Ordered a ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato hero. I can't blame the employees, this must be a management decision. The amount of cold cuts used to prepare the sandwich is disappointing. They should be ashamed of even having their name on the wrapper. There was very little ham, 2 slices at most which were all balled up in the center as to appear to have a decent amount, almost to nothing mayonnaise, there was more lettuce than cold colds in the sandwich. For the amount paid there should be more attention to quality of the sandwiches. Don't waste your money there are better sandwich establishments in the area.

What a great local deli. First off their sandwiches are delicious. Try the Vodka Cutlet, it’s amazing. Also the owner has helped out the McVey PTA when we did a catering order for an event. Great place and I recommend it!

Always great service, I wanted to try something different and was in the mood for a chicken bowl.I did t feel like going to chipotle so I settled for this place. I was not disappointed this bowl was delicious and a good portion,so much I could not finish my whole meal as I would if I got it at chipotle, they were not stingy wit the chicken either. I will def buy again.

Great deli! Usually pop in for breakfast if I have time before work but today I got a salad. The place is no frills but just really good food. Food is fresh prices are fair and they are always nice.

Eggs cooked perfectly. Great place stop the Dunkin Donuts & 7 Eleven insanity and get real fresh food. You are what you eat. Just stopped in again. Eggs cooked perfectly again. Thx. Great service.

The food is great but the young ladies at the cash register have the most unpleasant and unprofessional attitudes. Management do need to speak to them about that!

Hero bread is really good, good sized for the price. I stop here whenever I'm in the area.

The interior reminds me of a NYC deli - no appeal, cramped, sirens going off, and poor lighting. The counter lady with the nice/long nails is very sweet. Ordered pancakes and eggs/breakfast sandwich. Huge portions and worth every cent. Next time, I will place a take out order.

I challenge you to find something that is not delicious from this deli. This deli is the best value for the quality of its food, plain excellence. They are efficient, the food is always fresh and the staff is courteous.

Tasty fresh food and a great menu for a deli. There's something for everyone here. We've never been disappointed in anything we've ordered. The staff is friendly, the store is clean the food is delicious and fresh. No one makes a better sandwich, the salads are fresh and tasty and the wraps are amazing! They even offer the option of a gluten free wrap here. I have celiac and I've eaten a gluten free grilled chicken wrap with munster and Amia's sauce a couple of dozen times since moving nearby, without any issue. It's so good, I get it at least once a week. AND they carry Boars Head cold cuts at a reasonable price per lb. If it's busy inside (I've seen a line out the door once or twice), I promise you it's worth the wait. They'll get you in and out quickly and you'll leave there with something fantastic to eat! Just go.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free wraps which are incredible! The first time I had it, I had to call them - twice - to confirm it was indeed gluten free! The wrap is soft, perfectly chewy and delicious! They prepare it away from the main counter and will change gloves if asked. The owner or manager seems to take extra care when making a GF wrap for me. I've never had an issue, but of course there's always a chance for cross contamination no matter how careful they are. There's bread, bagels and breadcrumbs everywhere, so use your own discretion when ordering.
