I have been here before and they were good. Don't know what happened but went last week and most things they didn't have and what they did have was horrible. They need to get things together or they won't be in business much longer.

The burger & wings here are excellent. I’ve ordered the Brooklyn Classic a couple of times now and each time the patty has been really juicy with good flavor. The burger is more of a proper burger that you’d find at a good restaurant and less of a fast food/bar burger. Bun is always soft and accompanying veggies always fresh. They’ll also cook the burger to your preferred rareness. The sauces also taste pretty good (you can sub the sauce for one you like, I rec the white bbq). Wings are perfect in that they are lightly, not overly-breaded and not overly-sauced. I tried the Thai peanut which was surprisingly good. Fries and onion rings were also good. Tried the Parmesan truffle fries & Cajun fries and liked both. Also one of the few places in the area that does beer battered onion rings.

Burgers and sandwiches are good but I would skip the buffalo wings. Too much breading and they came out soggy.Edit: had to downgrade them another star. Decided to give them another shot but the burger I ordered came out completely well done (instead of medium). What a waste of $25.

It was fine. Fine describes everything about this place. Burger was basic, and the special sauce it was supposed to come with was just mustard. The BLT salad didn't come with the dressing it advertised. For a place that claims to serve milkshakes- it was a single mixer that the server had to make themselves in front of the kitchen and I don't think they were trained well on how to make it. The milkshake was literally just milk and freezer burned ice cream with ice cream barely spun into a liquid. No sugar added and wasn't sweet at all. No sprinkles, whipped cream or cherry to be seen as advertised. Server was nice and tried, but they were unable to multitask effectively and this caused long waits for the four tables there and kept getting distracted behind the bar despite there being a bartender there already for the 6 people drinking at the bar. Food came out sporadically from the kitchen but the food runner was nice and he did expedite as soon as food arrived in the kitchen window. He was the only guy who seemed to have a pep in his step and a sense of urgency. Overall, it was fine but wouldn't go back. Note to all- we arrived during lunch and despite their Instagram specifically stating "lunch menu has arrived in Mineola" on Dec 12, we were not given lunch menus. Also, their menu is missing items that their East Meadow location has which was a shock. Maybe place is still training and working out hiccups as they only opened like two months ago, but we'll stick to East Meadow.

Came in to get a gift card and decided to have a quick bite. I was glad I did. The boneless Thai chili, wings were fantastic. Jamie and Lizzie were very friendly, welcoming, made suggestions off the menu to help me make my choice. Atmosphere is great the staff is wonderful. I’ll be sure to come again!!!

When I think of Brooklyn Dip, I think of the Au jus or the dipping sauce I'd be shoving my steak sandwich or wings respectively into when eating here. It's a defining factor and helps it set it apart from restaurants around it.Taste: 5/5Ambience: 4.5/5Service: 4/5Value for money: 4/5We had:1) Steak Sandwich: Great with the Au jus dip2) Roast Pork Dip: Good3) Carr Roast Beef: Good4) Truffle Parmesan Fries: Great, Highly recommended to share5) Memphis Dry Rub Wings: Highly recommend, these wings are a banger6) Smash Burger: GoodIn summary, food is great and we ultimately have been back several times for more. Each and every time it has so far delivered. Would recommend!Side Pro Tip: if you pay in cash it's 3%/slightly cheaper as the credit card charge will be removed.

This burger join is one of the best in the area, not only is the service amazing but the staff makes you feel like family. Aside from the juicy burgers they are famous for their amazing French dip, I tell you it is to die for. But if you're looking for a small quiet place with the same delicious food of a crazy big joint this is the place to be.

Ate there. Food was overpriced. Food was average. They were unfriendly. Have no idea how a mediocre place stays in business. During the week I never see any cars parked there.

First, this is a great addition to Mineola. We started with Thai Peanut Wings and Garlic Parmesan Wings. Both were delicious. My wife and daughter had some sort of Pineapple Drinks. At first they were weird and the waitress admitted they forgot to add alcohol. They were better with alcohol… My brother in law and I had Smokey Manhattans. They were great but a bit too Smokey for our taste. Now to the main course. I’m m fairness I grew up in Brooklyn near Brennan and Carr and Roller Roast known for their beef dipping prowess. I was expecting the same here but it missed the mark. First, in my opinion, the whole sandwich should be dipped in the broth and then additional broth supplied in the side. Second, the beef quality was great but too well done for most people’s taste. Lastly, a slice of cheese should be offered but so should pump cheese. I would also note that we had Cajun fries and onion rings which were very good as was my wife’s burger. The wait staff could be a bit more attentive but the owner was there and seemed to be a nice guy. Well that’s it in a nutshell. With a few changes this place could be awesome!

Wow! WHAT A HIDEN GEM! Let me start by saying that I do not like burgers....I specially do not like burgers as a dinner opinion..... But since my kids and husband do like it , I was being a sport and going along since it was not my turn to pick a restaurant that night. It was around 8 on a Saturday night! We arrived, it's a small place and all tables were taken. As we stepped in we were WARMLY greeted like we were old friends. That put a smile on my face! We were told we would be sitting in about 5 minutes. So I took the time to take the kids to the restroom to wash hands while we waited. We were promptly seated (me, husband and 3 kids). My husband had the roasted pork sandwich, me and my older son had the Brooklyn Burger, my daughter had the pizza and my youngest had the popcorn chicken. I devoured my burger like it was my job! My kids and husband thoroughly enjoyed their meals.I had TWO of those lavender lemonate and it was soooooo good.As we sitting enjoying our dinner I couldn't help but to notice all the others options going by to other tables, so right there we made plans to be back so we can try other options on the menu as well.Like I said burgers don't impress me, but this place has MAGICAL BUGERS!!!! I can picture a wizard making burgers in the back with a magic wand instead of a spatula! The VIBE - this is another great thing about this place. Wanna go on a first date? YESTaking the kids out? YESGirls night out? YESBoys night out? YESWanna eat alone? YESFamily gathering? YESNot only they had DELICIOUS food, they have AMAZING staff! The lady and the gentleman working were so nice, so helpful, so polite, so friendly.,, PERFECT HOST! That really made us want to come back because we felt welcome. Ps: The fries are REALLY good!!!

When my wife and I go on vacation, we always find a great spot for dinner and drinks . We say , why can't we have a place like this near us ? Well, we found a special spot near us in East Meadow . The food is always tasty and drinks perfect . I recommend the French Dip , with Swiss , caramelized onions, aus jus, and a side of corn nuggets . They have specials and Happy Hour during the week . Local Flavor has coupons for buy 1 get 1 free . Look for Jen , the manager ...... she is the Best .
