This Carvel location is amazing! They can customize cakes based on your own photos, and everything on the cake is completely edible. We absolutely loved it, and the birthday star was thrilled too! Highly recommend this place!

A four for the ice cream which is always great But today I came in and no single Vanilla flying saucers. Loads of six packs. Refused to break up just one pack to six singles. I’m sure others would want a single after me. I’ll adjust this after owner sees and comments
Back again 2 weeks later. No single flying saucers. Time to knock of a star to 4 stars and not go back for a month. Going to Merrick Marvel now
The workers are very nice as well as the soft served creamy Ice cream. The service is amazing however, sometimes the company runs slow when like they were lowdown on workers, during my experience had to wait 30 minutes for someone. The atmosphere is ok it could use some work to really represent what carvel looked like back then in the 90s/late 2000's overall 15/10

Kid-friendliness: The staff makes the difference! Being greeted when entering and happy staffers preparing the treats adds to creating an all around happy place to go.

Clean location, with a verity of icream to choose from.ice cream Cakes , to my favorite frozen ice cream cones sudaes and toppings a real great selection ! Small area to sit inside and tables available outside weather permitting with ample parking out front and rear.Employees can be more friendly they are not rude but can use a lesson on greeting their valued customers ? ? overall I recommend this place to others for enjoying their ice cream with friends and family ?
