The service is amazing however, sometimes the company runs slow when like they were lowdown on workers, during my experience had to wait 30 minutes for someone. Clean location, with a verity of icream to choose from.ice cream Cakes , to my favorite frozen ice cream cones sudaes and toppings a real great selection ! Small area to sit inside and tables available outside weather permitting with ample parking out front and rear.Employees can be more friendly they are not rude but can use a lesson on greeting their valued customers ? ? overall I recommend this place to others for enjoying their ice cream with friends and family ?Parking: A little tight up front with parking, other stores also there parking in rear of stores.

The east meadow Carvel is absolutely the best Carvel around. The owner and his staff are a pleasure to work with. The mini ice cream cones and mini ice cream cups were a huge hit at a recent party I hosted. When I picked them up, the order was ready. The count and flavors were correct. It was a pleasure and non stressful. Visit the store if you need Carvel.

The staff member was very patient with us all & let the kids try out the flavors. The ice cream itself was delicious. The texture was perfectly creamy & the flavors were pretty unique. You could tell it wasn't a run of the mill ice cream. The quality was great. They also have a array of snacks & coffees & some oremade cakes. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't get the name of the young lady that helped us but she was amazing. In a time where it's hard to find good customer service this young lady went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. She answered all of our questions, was patient and understanding and also tried to sell up, a lost art in sales.....oh and the ice cream was good too.
