I never post reviews- but this is not how employees should act. Chick fil a is legitimately one of the only fast food restaurants we will eat on occasion, we had opted to stop here one night after a late school event with my kids. We ordered ahead, when the app said my food was ready, my husband pulled up to the curb where the pick up window is and I jumped out of the car to get the food, the lady behind the window “Shaniqua” NASTY asked us to move the car (no problem) It’s a FOOD PICK UP WINDOW , I didn’t even think anything of it- my husband was still in the drivers seat I got back in the car and there was a car blocking us in and they were all continuing to yell past 10 other customers from behind the window while we were inside the car for exactly no reason at all. I wish I had recorded it. I’m still in shock it just made no sense - for employees to make such a scene for no reason for a 30 second pick up-we weren’t blocking anything, or in anyone’s way, my husband was in the driver's seat. Not to mention- probably the worst chick fil a food I’ve ever received. I never post reviews- but this is not how employees should act. This has to be one of the slowest chick-fil-a places I have ever been to. Their priority seems to be the drive thru line only and not the mobile order line, as evident by me waiting for I don’t know how long and watching car, after car, after car, pass by in the drive thru line. Recently, I’ve been ordering just a milk shake and watch the car behind me get bags of food first. Today the employee said, “well I didn’t know” as if my order doesn’t pop up on the same screen. This has happened twice with the car behind me getting their food before me and all I ordered was a milkshake. It’s very disappointing this location. Definitely room for improvement and speed!!

Lets start with the staff were nice and polite. However, the line took forever. Also I'm not a fan of there lane set up and I don't think they have a restroom (If they did I couldn't find it). Also, they made a mistake on my order. I honestly don't plan on going back.

I am not typically one to complain but this Chic Fil A consistently has messed up my simple orders and my food. On the first offense, I received just carbonated water instead of sprite for two of my drinks. On another occasion, I received 3 chicken tenders instead of my 8 piece nugget meal. On my most recent order, I received 10 nuggets instead of 12 and my french fry container was only halfway full. Overall, the service is mediocre and they have messed up very simple orders on multiple occasions. I am very disappointed with their service as I am a loyal Chic Fil A customer.
