Chipotle Mexican Grill

Place is genuinely sad. Ordered a 16 dollar burrito online. I get in and this is what I have. Legitimately pitiful. Asked them if this was a full sized burrito. This thing is absolutely tiny.
They had the set of balls to tell me, “uhhhh yeah” LOL. LMAO even. Calling corporate

Called corporate. They gave me a free entree. I think I will redeem it and give it to a homeless person. Because of how malnourished they are they will not be aware of how pathetically meager these emaciated portions are. Lost a loyal customer of 10+ years. Will not only be never eating at another chipotle again, but will go out of my way to convince others in my social sphere to do the same

This was my first time ordering from here. Unfortunately, the food was extremely salty, which took away from the experience. I was disappointed and don’t think I’ll be returning.

So stingy with everything. Plus, your workers should speak English and not talk smack in Spanish about customers thinking they don’t understand you

if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i ordered a bowl and not even one scoop in, i found a long hair in my food. completely lost my appetite. when i tried contacting the store directly, they told me to go through the website instead. terrible customer service and a complete waste of money. i didn’t even get to enjoy my meal.

barbacoa meat was fatty and chewy. tasted gross. staff specifically this young female worker kind of rude and just not welcoming. Was staring at me while talking to her coworker. I got bad vibes. Just unprofessional and not friendly.

This is the first time I went into Chipotle and it'll be the last time.The guacamole was terrible with no taste. The chicken was very sparce in the tacos. And when I check out I find out that there is a $2.75 charge for the guacamole. What a joke. The place was not appetizing and was not clean.

Worst chipotle servings are ridiculously cheap and for what we pay is crazy they act like they pay for the guacamole very upsetting

Great location. Always has my pickup orders ready on time and serve excellent portion sizes

Clean location. Great staff, especially Sam he's so friendly and welcoming. Close to closing but everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Never going here again. Don't come to this location and save your money. No human decency. Served old food and couldn't even change to the fresh. Would rather give you less food than to change it to the fresh batch. What a waste of money. Counter is always dirty, there's sour cream all over the bottom of my bowl because it’s so dirty. I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. Never again. Hope it honestly shuts down.
