First and last time here! Came 2 hours to closing on a Friday night. Dirty and garbage on floors. As I get to the counter they run out of tomatoes and will not bring out more. Even checkout counter was covered in food and unclean. I saw to my left the go orders getting tomatoes as they were still in stock and asked for a little in a cup for my $80 worth of food and was denied.Never again will I waste 20 mins. drive.

Nasty spot! Caught them eating in the back and started to serve the food with the same gloves the girl was using to eat. I don’t understand that! Gross ! Usually empty, probably for a good reason.

Worse chipotle around. 90% of the employees are miserable and rude. I get a chicken 3 pointer which is literally just rice and chicken an I get charged full price here allllllll the time . Barely a scoop of meat . I go to any other location I get charged for. 3 pointer and get my money's worth since I don't get anything in my bowl. I go to this one bc it's close but after tonight and the cashier was rude , charged me 12.49 for chicken and rice only will never go back. Go to Hicksville the food is better people are nicer.

I don't know the woman's name but whoever just rolled my burrito deserves to be fired or at the very least, micromanaged to the fullest extent until she learns how to roll a burrito. By the time I had unwrapped the tin foil, half of my guac was on the floor. To avoid this situation, I asked for it to be double wrapped which in retrospect just made it worse. If I ever see this woman again, I might as well just get a bowl because that's how I had to eat this burrito anyways. Piss poor execution. HALF THE JOB IS PUTTING THINGS INTO A BOWL. THE OTHER HALF IS ROLLING A BURRITO. If anyone else in the world were to be absolutely atrocious at 50% of their job they'd be fired. Unhappy is an understatement. If I was looking for someone to ruin my afternoon I guess I found what I was looking for

The staff at this location is so rude and unprofessional. I went there last Friday for a pick up order. The staff did not have my order ready and the girl working at the register told me "get to the back of the line" when I explained to her I order online, was already charged and Im going to be late to work she responded "that's not my problem get to the back of the line".. I definitely wont be going back to this location. Thankfully Qdoba is right next door
