I stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday around 4:40 PM and had an exceptional experience! Even though it was later in the day, everything tasted incredibly fresh. The pumpkin muffin was absolutely delicious—moist and full of flavor—and the donuts were warm and perfect. The coffee was made just right, and the staff at the front went above and beyond with their service. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Highly recommend this location for both the quality of food and the fantastic service!

Ordered latte 2 days in a row. Coffee cup was only got 75% full. Its $4 for a medium size latte. Sure there’s foam for a latte, but it’s incredibly less than normal volume!

We get food here once in awhile and it's not great. Shelves are always largely empty and the food is never cooked well. Today we were in a hurry so we stopped in and after getting home and starting to eat my son starts choking on something in his grilled cheese sandwich. They literally left a sheet of plastic inside the sandwich, burned into the cheese. Obviously humans can't digest plastic/paper products so my son having eaten a few bites of it before choking on it is a major problem.

Staff is very rude unprofessional, un hygienic , I do not recommend this Dunkin.two girls were working to make orders ready none of them change their gloves and they used the same paper sheets to put the food on . It’s just a terrible store .

Aside from the fact that they have flies flying around, I went to grab a Box of O Joe before work and the price is advertised as one thing yet I was charged a different price, when I asked, they lady said, “Oh the price went up overnight.” I then asked to speak to the manager and it was the same thing. Dunkin Donuts needs to do better. One worker then tried to take the price down after; what sense did that make if you guys weren’t honoring the advertised price.
My visit would have been great but my sausage was under cooked cold in the middle. Service was quick.

At about 7pm on Saturday, I ordered a Caramel latte and ice coffee it was horrible, tasted stale, the latte definitely was not a latte. We both felt sick and nauseous after having the drinks.
