Being new to the area, I tried this square pizza spot with anticipation. However, the flavors were disappointing, and the pizza was served lukewarm. When I addressed this with the counter employee, I received a blank stare and was denied a refund. I wasn't seeking a refund, just a replacement - a plain slice, even cheaper. I spent $11 on two pizzas, and the disregard for my experience was surprising. This encounter at Frantonis Ristorante was a first for me and will be the last. Came into the store to get a quick bite for lunch. The store is very clean. It was not so crowded on a Thurs lunch time. The lemon chicken pizza. It was very good. I did see some garlic pieces, but I wished they had put a little bit more lemon sauce. I also ordered the rice ball. The rice ball rice was very undercooked. The inside of the ball ball was very crunchy and very bland. I shared the rice ball with my coworkers, and they agreed with me. I definitely get the lemon chicken again.

Had the fettuccine which is awesome. I tried the Gorgonzola salad. I would have to say, it's the best salad ever. Walnuts, spring mix lettuce, and all that cheese.

I went in tonight to get food. The guy behind the counter was playing with his earing in his ear. I am not sure what was up with him.Then he was touching people's food. He put my slice of pizza on a plate and touched it with the same hand. I could not eat the pizza I through it away.

I heard good reviews of this place but I was just disgusted how unprofessional the delivery drive and phone girl where. Even you think the manager would apologize most resturants even refund money for such unprofessionalism. The delivery guy called me 1 time telling me rudely that he was waiting outside for 10 minutes. The recipient stated call when he was outside. Then he flatout lies as well telling me the passcode I gave him was inncorrect when I never gave him a passcode for the building. I tell the phone girl she goes ok when I called the pizzeria back. So I was like you know what the manager should know. Usually some kind of credit is order. Beware for rude kids delivering your pizza. I wish I can take away the tip.i go to eat my panini it's falling apart because whoever prepares the food there poured a whole bottle of oil and vinger dressing. Was of money and time.
