As an east coast girlie that loves Hawaiian food, I’ve found it really hard to find that until I found here! Their short ribs, garlic shrimp and spam Musabi are excellent
!! Their macaroni is cooked Perfectly! Not to soft and owed wt texture!

I did take out on a Wednesday. I was there when they opened. It's a small restaurant with about six tables. Decor was simple and clean. I ordered the chicken and kalua pork combo, beef Combo and chicken Saimin Noodles. I drove with this in my car for 30 minutes. The aroma was wonderfully torturous. The pork tasted like any pulled pork, nothing special. It was very moist. The chicken was delicious. I loved the beef. It had great flavor but was very salty. It is not so bad if eaten with the rice or bread. The soup was strong on seaweed flavor. If you don't mind that, it was good. The noodles were chewy. It's a bit far for me but if I was in the area, I would go back.

Parking: Small lot in the front

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but not automatic door.

I ordered a salmon poke bowl & literally got 4 bites of salmon! I counted! The remainder was the lettuce & toppings. I paid $15 for no salmon. Never again.

Excellent portion size, good value. The chicken plate was better then the poke bowl but both were pretty solid.

Wow. So excited to see a Hawaiian place open up close to me. Honolulu did not disappoint! Had the short ribs and a musubi. All I can say is that they just earned a repeat customer in me. Can’t wait to try the loco moco. Highly recommended!

Extremely imressed with this place. Having ate this kind of food in Hawaii, it really does a great justice to the traditional flavors of the food from there. Portions are very generous and you cant beat the prices. They even have the Hawaiian Sun drinks! Will be returning frequently!

I've been here 3x already and the food is always so consistent and good. As someone who's been to Hawaii multiple times, this place is legit. The bbq chicken and chicken katsu is genuinely the best chicken I've ever had. Idk how they cook it but it's so soft and juicy. I feel like every restaurant that makes chicken is dry. The portions here are really generous and will for sure fill you up. The bbq short ribs and the macaroni salad are to die for. DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE!!!!!

One of my new favorite spots to eat. The food is so so good. The chicken katsu curry is out of this world. The staff is always polite and friendly. Definitely try this place out!

We ordered Poke bowls and the ingredients were very fresh and the portion was large. Prices were good. Service and cleanliness was great. Definitely a must try

I had a loco moco. I once had it with mashed potatoes and that made it perfect.

Wow! Newly opened, but it's already my favorite spot for Hawaiian cuisine. I've been there twice and their attentive service is immaculate as well as the restaurant itself. They have the most extensive menu for a Hawaiian place compared to the others I've been too. Offering poke bowls as well, and Hawaiian Ramen style dishes unique unto itself. The serving sizes for their dishes are the real winner. Delicious and abundant per serving. I'm a heavy eater, and I'm wonderfully impressed how flavorful their meals are, and blown away by the amount of protein provided in their courses for the same sum that other places charge for substantially less content. This Hawaiian specialty eatery is a winner!!!

Huge portions at great prices! My husband and I visited Honolulu Hawaiian BBQ for lunch. I got the mixed Chicken BBQ and Katsu Rice plate with 2 scoops of rice and a scoop of macaroni salad. My husband got the Chicken Katsu Curry. Both plates were filled to the brim with food and delicious! We will definitely be back to support our local new spot!

Found this place while driving, so I wanted to try it out for lunch. I ordered the Loco Moco, spam Musubi, and saimin noodles. All dishes were very delicious, and the Loco Moco was definitely my favorite. Hamburger steaks have always been my favorite, so this dish was just amazing (although I do wish to ask next time for the burgers to be cooked well done!) This place also does catering too, but it has to be ordered 2 days in advance. Definitely something I want to keep in mind for future planing.
