I have eaten here several times and the food has never been dissapointing. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I usually get takeout and my food is usually ready within minutes. I usually order the bowl veggie and it'sabsolutely delcious. The only con i would say is the price but you do get what you pay for in terms of quality.

Honestly was expecting much better service at this spot. But to be honest it was the worst place I’ve been to since I lived in Long Island. Terrible service- took forever to get our food and then it came out kinda cold and wasn’t even good considering the wait. Host/waiter didn’t even apologize for the wait or offer a discount or anything. Even an apology would’ve been fine. Now I know why no one goes to sit inside this place to eat. Absolutely horrible I would give zero stars if I could.

Do you enjoy waiting 30 plus minutes for your food? Does it excite you when you finally get it & it's nice & cold? Welp! This is your place!With a toddler it's extra fun.I could go on but in short, the best things were the sweet potato fries (sad to say) & the chicken from the childrens menu chicken bowl.Here's the rest in short:Chicken teriyaki bowl with rice: Super salty for my liking. Luke warm.Bulgogi beef bowl with rice: Mediocre at best. Maybe if they served hot food it'd be ok.Overall, all the dishes were luke warm to cold. Also, not sure if its a thing but the rice was super sticky. It wasnt fluffy nor have good flavor but this is of course my opinion. If the food was delicious, than the wait wouldn't have been a problem.The staff seemed very young & not very attentive.Unapologetically, I would not recommend this place nor return.

Ordered food so we online early since we know they are slow. Didn’t realize that the empty tables were reserved only for those who come in to dine in. The girl was unprofessional. Didn’t even greet us. First question was dine in or takeout and she proceeded to start the order. We asked twice if we could stay given that the place was EMPTY it was after 2pm so the lunch rush was over. We ordered over 100$ worth of food. Will not be going here again.

Fast forward some time now and I realized I didn’t leave that review, that they earned and deserved. Great food and very clean restaurant. New to the area and I see it staying around for a long time. Didn't know they had a location in Uniondale. I was half expecting different flavors considering the location, but I was pleasantly surprised.It's the same Mad For Chicken flavors I had from Queens.Similar atmosphere, too. They even sell soju.Would be a great place for chicken and beer for Friday nights.

Not bad. The Korean Fried Chicken strips were tasty and filling. The Bowls are full and visually stunning as well - I'd recommend. Slightly distracting when dining in... music is loud and the TV's were playing fearmongering ads (which isn't their fault).

Food is great! Service is great! BUT today (my second time here) tried to order online through their recommended app…. While driving over- I tried to order a family meal (can only be ordered online) for pick up but it wouldn’t accept my payment… I tried a few times and with a few different cards… Then, I called the store , they said that a lot of people have been calling about that … however, they also said there was no way to honor that family meal since I wasn’t ordering online … and on top of that, at that point I was so much closer to the store and hence had to wait 20 mins (as opposed to getting there just in time)Anyhow - just annoying… wasted my time trying to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong on my part
