I've always liked Mama Theresa's. Their food is excellent! I had the salad pizza and I highly recommend it.

Went for lunch Buffalo panini and tortellini soup Soup ok good my son had pizza Ok good I told the waitress "this chicken looks like a soy/chicken patty " (no texture solid) I would pay more money for better quality It's not their fault Everything is compromised to remain profitable We paid 68 $ and tipped appropriately We have to pay more or the right food Not the fault of the restaurant Most places same thing It's the sign of the times Sad America

Terrible customer service, we should have read reviews before trying this place as many others have horrible experiences with this establishment.Instead of making a problem (at the fault of the manger) right, the manager is rude and lost my families business today.I worked in a very successful Italian restaurant for years, they would never have acted so unprofessional like this establishment seems to have a reputation for. This is how you lose business not keep one running.

This location lost my family as customers today!The woman manager was beyond rude and unhelpful on the phone.Unbelievably poor business management skills for a restaurant that sends a “free pizza” coupon for new residents nearby to reel customers in….The front needs to brush up on math skills, if a coupon was issued December 2023 then Feb 14 2024 is NOT past 90 days .. it was 76 days to be exact and clearly still VALID. ??♀️Instead of handling this properly and easily fixing this situation for a new customer, the manager now lost my entire family from this establishment. We will continue to stick with Dominicos and their very professional staff The regular pizza was not good or authentic.The buffalo chicken roll was great. The rice ball was also delicious. Too bad for the staff because of that we won’t be back

Good was good. It was their last day as Mama Theresa restaurant.Staff very nice. Place is clean. Wait staff also very good!I was disappointed they couldn't give me pesto sauce as my side... not unless I paid for a dinner size. I would have paid a surcharge. They wouldn't accommodate my request.

Mama Theresa's is an Italian eatery with three locations in Nassau County; Garden City Park, East Meadow, and Westbury, all with a nice dining area to enjoy good food. They have a thriving take out business as well. They offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, paninis, pizza, delicious entrees, and desserts. The staff is attentive and friendly. My personal favorite is their white pizza with chicken and bacon. Yummy!

Having been a Long Island resident for the first half of my life it's been difficult to see some of my favorite businesses come and go. All of my favorite pizza places no longer exist. So it's nice to see new pizzerias opening up and serving good food. Mama Theresa's is one of these new places. Upon entering the establishment I was impressed with the space- there is a typical pizzeria counter in the front with the employees busily making pizzas and putting them into the multiple ovens. But there is also a very large area in the back for those who wish to dine in. This was a genuine restaurant atmosphere, not just a few tables set up in a pizzeria. Very nice! The pizza was very good- good sauce, plenty of cheese- the crust could be a bit chewier but still good! Especially loved the garlic bread smothered in mozzarella- excellent! I would definitely recommend Mama Theresa's for anyone looking for some good food (pizza) in a nice, clean restaurant!

Ordered a masala pizza pie to go. Price came out to be 40 dollars LMAO. So expensive for a pizza that had absolutely no flavor. Sauce non existent, chicken blend and soggy, and just oily. Def won't

I would give a zero- order 2 paninis both Wrong as description on website isn't accurate. There's nothing they can do. Staff was as rude as can be and not all food was burnt
