☆ ☆ ☆ ☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience at NK Restaurant— NO STARS!
The evening started off beautifully for a friends birthday but unfortunately, the food and service were a complete letdown from start to finish. Every course, appetizer, main, and dessert was either overly salty or completely tasteless. I ordered the scallops as an appetizer, which arrived bland and unexpectedly served on a bed of plain white rice (not mentioned in the description). When I brought it up to the server, he simply said, “That’s how it comes,” and offered no resolution. I decided to let it go, hoping the main course would be better. Sadly, it only got worse. My lamb chops were dreadfully salty. I informed the server immediately, and he took the dish back, saying he would “fix it.” When it returned, it was clearly the same lamb just overcooked and with the sauce removed. I confirmed with the server that it was indeed the same dish and couldn’t understand how that was supposed to fix anything. Despite sending it back again, the restaurant refused to remove the item from my bill. I ended up not eating my meal at all and left feeling hungry and honestly robbed. To make matters worse, another table that night seemed to have a similar experience. One guest even walked up to the kitchen and threw his plate inside, which tells you everything you need to know about the quality and service. Do yourself a favor and skip NK Restaurant altogether. The food is poor, the service is dismissive, and the management clearly doesn’t value customer satisfaction. I would never return or recommend this establishment.

Was there recently to celebrate a milestone birthday for a friend . It was a party of 9. Our server Jose was super efficient in taking the orders, He was friendly, attentive and very helpful. He took some pics for us and really catered to us. The food was excellent... good portions, and very tasty .. no one complained about their meals or appetizers. The place it self ... clean and picturesque. The DJ had us dancing and rhe celebration was a success. We took very nice pics inside and out. Overall I highly recommend giving them a 10/10 in everything.

I recently celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and wanted to share some concerns about my experience. While the evening started off warmly with attentive service from our server Jay and thoughtful gestures like complimentary shots and a birthday cake, the billing at the end left me disappointed and confused. I ordered the “Surf and Turf” menu item, requesting only oxtails due to a shellfish allergy. Jay assured me this was possible. However, when the bill arrived, I was charged extra for an additional oxtail to “make up” for the seafood portion, totaling $55, which seemed excessive and was not communicated upfront. Additionally, I was charged $25 for a “birthday package,” which I was told included the cake and music. However, the music I requested was either delayed or not played, and there was no prior explanation of this charge. I value good service and am happy to pay fairly for a memorable experience, but these unexpected charges felt unfair and were handled without clear communication. Also the only ones in the restaurant! Sorry but I’ll never return.

Great time. We were the first in the location so we had the place fully to ourselves for a bit which was nice. Jose, our server, was amazing and attentive. My only criticism would be the deviled eggs - they had absolutely no flavor whatsoever and I should have asked to have those removed, but ended up forgetting. To the cooks/owner everything is great about the location and food but those deviled eggs need serious work!

Food was excellent! Everything was fresh, delicious and the portions were massive. It was $80 for bottomless brunch which included an entree and one side (some sides are additional charge). Drinks were great as well. Jose was phenomenal and the physical space was beautiful and music was ON POINT. However, it was dead on a Saturday brunch (first weekend of September -maybe that’s why). So if you’re looking for a vibe with a lot of people I’d probably go on a Sunday for brunch. Other than that, 10/10!!! Def on the pricier side, but perfect for an occasion.

Food was good, however menu is a bit misleading. Sides say 10 dollars but some sides like Mac and cheese is 18dollars but doesn’t show that on the menu. They don’t take Apple Pay. Drinks are 50 dollars and up and is shareable. 20% gratuity. My lamb chops came with 2 not 4.

2nd time going for my birthday. Our server JAY WAS AMAZING! Y'all better pay him well. He was the host, the waiter, the bartender and the busboy! Food was really good. The only critique is that i can see some areas where they cutting cist at the expense of the customer. I ordered lemonade and got powdered drink. It was very stuffy in there and my grandmother had to be escorted to her car to cool off. It was very dark as well. Other than that, the place is still gorgeous and well maintained. Again, Jay was such a pleasure under the circumstance of being ONLY employee running the room. PAY HIM!

Went here on a random Wednesday night had a tomahawk had the oxtail rice and had some plantains and my God was I happy with everything that I ate. Everything was honestly amazing my first drink I personally didn’t like, and the waiter was kind enough to swap me out drinks and my second drink was perfect. Will be here again. Can’t wait to come back.
