Service is awful. Only table in the whole restaurant and took over 30 minutes to bring drinks over. Prices not mentioned for sides being an up charge although offered as an option. After check was dropped off took over 20 minutes to return to take the card. Tried to hand the card over as soon as the check was dropped and was ignored and waited walked away. Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Service very below average, being that we were the only table in the whole restaurant. Gratuity included in check for four people, while the waiter was nice, the service was not adequate enough for almost a $100 tip.

My best friend and I went to NK for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. The brunch menu had some selections to choose from, but i decided to get the French Toast. The food and drinks were okay. The service was good. Our waiter made sure that we were okay and was always available for questions. I will definitely come back to check out their dinner menu.

I visited NK lounge with my daughter for her birthday and was extremely disappointed. I visited once before and had a great time and my dish (jerk pork) was pretty good. However, my most recent visit was the exact opposite -First, I made reservations and when we arrived my table was not ready although the place was empty. I watched a couple come in and get seated at a booth immediately and then the waitress seated us at a tiny table~not a booth. My waiter was very helpful. His service was a 10/10 (Jayden I believe). So let's rate the dishes....jerk cauliflower 5/10. Item came out warm and breading was falling off. My daughter ate most, I thought they were lackluster. I ordered the crab cake (5/10} which seemed like a frozen patty, and was not tasty at all. The plating was beautiful but I sure didn't pay 25 dollars for one crab cake and nice plating. Let's just say all of the food is overpriced and underwhelming in flavor. Saffron pasta with jerk chicken (7/10). Initially my pasta came out with zero flavor. I let my server know and he took it back where they added more cream sauce and extra jerk sauce. It retuned but was still bland. For a Caribbean restaurant the flavor is not here. My daughter had a sweet chili pineapple bowl and was given jerk chicken bowl. Again her food was pretty good 8/10. For 2 people our bill was over 200 and my rum punch was $25! The ambiance and music makes this place special but the food is not it. I won't be returning as I can make better food at home. From a fellow Caribbean native I was very disappointed.

I escorted my beloved here for a romantic evening, only to encounter a meal that fell short of expectations. Nevertheless, the ambiance enveloped us in warmth, and the service was commendable. Regrettably, we concluded that this establishment did not merit a return visit.

Do not go. Dirty inside and out. Tried to support but today we sat at the bar and waited 30 minutes. No one came. Restaurant was empty. 5-7 employees in an empty restaurant were in a corner discussing setting up a table in an empty, empty restaurant. Paying customers at bar. Went over to the staff that needed 7 brains to set up a table and said, guys you have paying customers at the bar. Can someone just please take our order. This loser than comes to the bar and instead of apologizing or taking our order says, who sat you at the bar. Disgusted. Complete loser. Really wanted them to succeed but destined for closure. Know it is hard to find good help but you lost good paying customers and their families and friends. Who sat you at the bar? Wow. No words. We left in disgust.

We didn't have the opportunity to eat the food because the music is sooooo loud and obnoxious that you cannot sit and enjoy a meal. We ask the owner to turn down the music and he said he can't. Plus they ask for a $285.00 deposit when we were coming from a five minute drive over. He won't cancel the deposit and refund our money because the music was too loud for us.Wish that it was a better atmosphere! Wish it was better management. Sorry I didn't get to taste the food to know differently.
