I usually come here to get a bacon egg and cheese in the mornings around 5-7 times a month for school trips etc. never had any complaints and all my friends were always jealous that I had better food than them

My first time here and not my last! The staff are pleasant and on the ball. Everything I ordered was delicious. It was early in the morning and they were able to break my $100 bill and not turn me away. Great customer service and I love how we serve our own coffee/tea.
Edited: We gave them 3 days a week business for over a year. I come in pale, sick and mentioned this and still charged 1.16 for a requested burnt bagel. They only care about $$$$$$$.

Very friendly staff and owners, me and my wife come on the weekends with our kids. They’re always super nice and great with the family. Bagels are fresh they’re not over priced. Also the bread they use on the paninis is awesome !!!
On Fire Bagels offers decent food, but I found it to be overpriced for what you get. The bagels and sandwiches were fine, but nothing special that justifies the high cost. While the quality is okay, I can't say it's worth the premium price. There are better options out there that offer more value for your money.

I used to come here all the time, but then I started noticing that their prices for a bacon egg and cheese on a roll were changing everyday. One day it will be $8 and the next day it would be $13 cash, not card. I genuinely think they make their prices depending upon their mood. Their prices are not the same on the menu in the store. It is double the price. They are very overpriced and the quality of their food is not that good. I found a better spot that charges $6 for a bacon egg and cheese. That is how a bacon egg and cheese should be priced. Not $13. I understand if this spot was located in Roslyn or Syosset with a nice environment , but it isn’t. It looks very rundown and dingy
