I really wanted soup, just had teeth pulled. Worst French onion soup and creamed wild rice soup ever! I called and I may get a partial refund. (It takes a couple of days) HORRIBLE! Manager lol not helpful at all!

Place looks decent. I ordered through a kiosk but couldn’t find the option for something I wanted on a drink. I used a cashier to place my order and was this person rude and horrible attitude( the transgender cashier yes you) sad because I approached this person with a good attitude and they had no smile no people person personality. Very dissatisfied.
Bagels were cold and hard, the only good thing was the coffee.
Definitely not coming back to this panera ever again, you’d think with the prices they charge, they would invest in training their staff more accordingly. although good service should be had at any price point.

Food is tasty, but panera is way too expensive for what it is. Almost $40 for two u-pick-2s (two HALF sandwiches and two cups of soup)?! That being said, the staff is friendly and restaurant is clean.

I live in the neighborhood and been going to this place for many years. However, lately the place has gotten really busy and the service has gone down dramatically. I spent around $100 every two weeks. For the past three times in a row, my mobile order was screwed up. My customized instructions were not followed and added ingredients that I specifically requested to be left out. Their mobile order pickup service don't make sense. You order online and still go in the store to stand inline at the register behind customers ordering food inside the restaurant. I had to wait 10 minutes to go ask for my mobile order to be picked up.
It was very good. Bakery shelves were empty. Tables needed to be cleaned.

Helpful and patient staff. Good service. Clean location with a lot of seating and parking. Great for a quick lunch or a small business meeting.
**UPDATE - From 5 stars to 1. I Hate this location now. Staff couldn't care any less about the patrons. It's a complete mess with trash everywhere. The "kitchen" looks at you sideways when asking for water or butter... not one person at front to take order - is all computerized. The staff is too busy giggling with each other rather than working. My food was cold (I got a sandwich), but the soup was nuked too hot. Huge fall from grace. If anyone wants to combat me on these remarks and updated review... take a gander at the video I posted along with this. Thumbs down. Let me know when you clean house and clean house. ***Also - I DID let someone know about the mess and that there weren't any clean tables, I was told that the "dining room" people weren't in and they'd clean a table for me... spoiler alert... they didn't.
