This Panera location is the worst for customer service. The staff have no personality. No one smiles. NO ONE. Doesn’t even ask “How can I help you?” Whoever is at the counter will just look at you waiting for you say something. I go here because this is the one closest to me. I’ve overlooked the customer service and abad atmosphere here because of proximity. But today is the last time I’m ordering here. Everyone that works in this location needs to be retrained.

Had an a problem with my order and Eric the manager made sure to make it right. Came back the next day and offered me 2 free bagels and coffee. He handled this situation in a perfect way.

This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had at a Panera Bread location. I made a simple, polite request for a cup for coffee and was met with clear attitude and disrespect from an employee (Amy). There was no provocation or reason for the tone I received.
I asked to speak with the manager, expecting the issue to be addressed immediately. Instead, the manager responded, “I’ll speak to her after her shift,” which effectively dismissed my concern and showed a lack of leadership, accountability, and customer care.
Customer service issues should be addressed in real time, not brushed off. This interaction reflects poorly not only on the employee, but on management’s standards and training. Panera positions itself as a customer-focused brand, yet this location failed to meet even the most basic expectations of professionalism and respect.
I strongly encourage corporate leadership to review the management practices at this location.

The 1 star is only due to the horrendous parking lot they have. Potholes EVERYWHERE. It's been months and no fix. It's a shame, u gotta decide whether u get some food or pop a tire. Please fix the parking lot this is outrageous.
Can't even take an order properly
The coffee is good and food is good. Panera has better coffee than Starbucks has better food. Service is good and plenty of seating

The soup was ok on 11/7/25 visit but the sandwiches was all bread not the first time ,u charge so much u should at least add what suppose to be in a sandwich

Extremely poorly managed restaurant. They seem to ALWAYS be backed up with the mobile orders, and even after you can see on the screen that your order is ready for pickup, they just leave the order back there in the kitchen knowing that you’re waiting for the order. No sense of urgency or care whatsoever. Not to mention it’s impossible to get an employee’s attention because they’re all always hiding behind the kitchen, avoiding serving anyone who’s standing at the counter. It’s like trying to hail a cab in midtown Manhattan, and failing.
Either this restaurant is woefully understaffed, the employees are poorly trained, or both. It’s evident that the manager is terrible at their job and should be replaced immediately.
I ordered barc cheddar soup they gave me squash soup I ordered it online and found wrong item when I reached back in left msg online no body contacted me back wish I can give them 0 srar

Staff has changed so much, not what used to be. I ordered a chai latte and got some kind of coffee, when I went back to tell them they made the wrong order, they gave me. A Look like I was wrong; they thought I chai latte was a coffee with milk. Finally they made me the chai latte but it was bad, it tastes like rotten wood. This place is going down. Not coming back.

Waited over an hour for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The employees were rude and let my boyfriend’s food get cold and served him the wrong sandwich. This service was terrible the food was terrible the prices were terrible this experience was terrible.

I had a horrible experience with the staff and Manager Karl at this store.Inspite of being their loyal customer for years,they treated me with utmost unprofessionalism and extremely rude behaviour.They messed up(gave me a completely different sandwich)my online rapid pick up order and when I called in to enquire,this guy Karl said he couldn't even find my order and wasn't even willing to listen to my concerns.No apologies whatsoever,only this pathetic entitled behaviour with undertones of racist attitude! Really deplorable behaviour for a guy who works for this establishment and is too lazy to admit mistakes to their customers.Never coming back here.There are plenty of restaurants around that respect and treat their loyal customers kindly in this country!This Panera store is not one of them!!!
