I am writing to share my recent experience at your East Meadow location (2501 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554). Today, I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the chicken was served cold and the bread was soggy.

Food is tasty, but panera is way too expensive for what it is. Almost $40 for two u-pick-2s (two HALF sandwiches and two cups of soup)?! That being said, the staff is friendly and restaurant is clean.
