Pietro's of East Meadow

Although it has a nice presence on Facebook, we were disappointed. The staff was friendly, but very inefficient; had to ask several times for things: napkins, etc (the bus boy was very helpful.) Our waitress was very nice, but had trouble trackiing her down. Even the owner, who said she would bring us to-go containers, never reappeared! Two of the three meals were good; eggplant was very thinly sliced- more breadcrumbs than eggplant - and dry. When we asked (twice) for some extra sauce we noticed on the bill that they charged $4 for extra sauce ($2 each, although we only got one) The metal seats were hard and cold. I can say that Grandma's lasagne was excellent but $130 which included a 20% gratuity didn't sit well with us. If I ever go back, it would only be for a slice of pizza.

Always great food, service, and atmosphere!! Pietro's never disappoints!!! If you haven't tried it, its a must!!

We were “forgotten” about in our igloo. Lack of staff causing extremely poor service. Requested the heat turned on and it took over an hour for the server to get the remote to change the temperature. 2 hours and 45 minutes for chicken parm. Never again.

Fabulous place with adorable decor. Great patio area with igloo and hanging umbrellas. Waitress was attentive and fun. Food very good. House wine delicious and reasonably priced.

We celebrated my 3 year old birthday and she loves Italian. She's very spunky and they sang happy birthday and the whole restaurant chimed in. Aaleyah says thank you guys and the food was delicious!

Love Pietro's! Every time we go the service is excellent, as is the food. Prices are very reasonable, a d the atmosphere is just so cute! Lauren and her crew do an amazing job!

Another great evening at Pietros! The pizza cannot be beat and every server that works there is a delight. #opensesame !! Their igloos are such a wonderful experience with family.

The food was absolutely delicious. The Grandma pizza thin crust with the sesame seeds was perfection. The chicken Bruschetta was so fresh and the added green olives wa so unexpected but made dish special. Our waitress was one of the best we have had in a very long time. She was knowledgeable attentive with perfect timing and so very nice. Owner/manager checked in on our table and greeted us as we entered and left. We will definitely be back thank you Pietro's for an amazing experience.

Such a beautiful establishment! Friendly faces and the attentiveness was outstanding. Clean environment positive vibes! Sam was a sweetheart. Food was delicious and my Popsecco was on point! My daughters birthday is a week away and the staff still came over and sang happy birthday. She was so happy. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

This is a wonderful restaurant. Great food and service. Owner and manager also very kind and accommodating. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed the Igloo experience even in the summer.

We had reserved an igloo to celebrate my daughter finishing her play. The igloo was air conditioned on a hot day which was a plus. Service was prompt, pleasant and the food delivered at a top tier.

Excellent service but food was just average. Atmosphere of sitting outside was nice however towards the end of our meal it got interrupted by wasps. We were then definitely ready to leave.

The igloo was a fun experience for our group of 9 people, five were children. They brought toys to the table for the kids. Our waitress was very attentive and the overall service was great. Everyone enjoyed the food.

This place is so charming and the staff was lovely. Unfortunately the food is eh at best. The portions are large but not worth finishing or taking with you.
