I don't know even how to start. I was looking for a simple place as little pre-birthday treat for my father. The atmosphere was amazing from the minute we walked in. The hospitality was on point, our server Cory greeted me and father with friendly smile and walked us to our table. She went over different menu items I was curious about, she helped me pick out my dish. Cory's service was on point the whole way through front start to finish. She is the best server I had in the last few years and that's honestly speaking. It's hard to get that kind of service now days. Overall, I'm just happy that it was a wonderful experience for me and my dad and the food blew us away from the garlic knots to the shrimp scampi and to top it off with a refreshing creme brulee. This was a great unexpected surprise I will definitely come back in the future!

Amazing service! Our waitress Danielle was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, and the food was amazing. They have the best garlic knots I have ever had, and some of the best sauce I've tasted (especially their vodka sauce).

Go for it at Pietro's in East Meadow! This spot offers a great throwback atmosphere with nothing short of excellent service! I was very lucky to have Corey as my server & she enhanced my experience with her perpetual smile & her knowledge of the menu was very helpful! The owner Lauren also went the extra mile for me & made sure I got one of the igloo tables!!! The sesame seed pizza was delicious & I enjoyed my Shrimp Parmesan too! Like Arnie says I'll be back!!!

Sorry. A total disappointment. Read many great reviews on a Long Island dining page on Facebook. Doesn't add up. Food just ok. Didn't stand out. Vodka sauce had way too much cheese. Chicken parm, over sauced; a little tough. Like Service and staff were great for sure, however. I won't be back.

We had family visiting from Arizona and thought this was the perfect place to bring everyone. We had a great time and everyone enjoyed their meal. The apps were a big hit....especially the drunken garlic knots and whiskey wings. Had the sausage parm for the first time a couple it was delicious.

Went to pietros for the second time. We secured a reservation in there igloos out back which are not like the flimsy plastic ones . These are substantial with their own functional heater and lights ! Was lucky enough to talk to owner, super nice and engaging . Family owned since 1976! They truly take pride in everything they do and serve . He said they just hired a new executive chef to bring the already delicious food up to the level their pizza is known for ! We had the salad chopped with mozzarella on top with their yummy house balsamic vinaigrette ! Plus the fresh fried mozzarella was extraordinary ! Light and fresh not heavy breaded pre made like other places ! My family minus my finicky nephew was in the mood for pizza ! We ordered the famous sesame seed crust with half meatball and half baked eggplant . Delicious , topping a plenty and the crust Deelish ! Our previous first visit we had two personals one chicken bacon ranch , one their mvp (vodka ,marinara , pesto ) to share but bc of Littke confusion they made us buffalo chicken that they said we could have bc their error free ! How nice ! All Deelish and each was a melody of taste in my mouth ! The owner this nite sent over an order of meatballs for us to try as well as order of garlic knots (served in metal colander ) dressed in a copious amount of garlic and seasoning ! Meatballs were almost the size of softball light airy and moist with the sauce unbelievable ! To say we had an awseome time is under statement ! We come from few towns away and I own a pizza delivery bag of my own so it looks like pieyros will be my go to place to bring in ! Plus they supposedly recreate a really nice warm tropical atmosphere outback in the Warner months . Give it a try , so nice to see family run local biz going above and beyond .

The food is excellent and Pietros is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend and if you want a waitress, definitely come in as for Erica..
