I stopped by around 11, and the place had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious—exactly what I was craving. And oh gosh that peanut butter chocolate smoothie is too good! I recommend an acai bowl with Nutella. The acai had a great consistency, unlike some other Sobol’s I’ve been to. The cashier was super friendly and made the ordering process smooth. The only thing I’d suggest is having another person on shift during the lunch rush. It wasn’t a huge wait, but I could tell they were juggling a lot. I do think understaffing is a serious problems most businesses have. You’d have no business without your hardworking workers… staffing makes a business break or make it, and it seems like the staff are definitely making it. Other than that, everything was great! I’ll definitely be coming back.x

Overpriced and underwhelming. The açaí was watery, the toppings were skimpy, and the customer service was downright rude. Acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience. If you don’t like customers, maybe don’t open a food place. Won’t be back.

Pretty horrible experience to be honest. Was here around 4pm 4/23/25 and the girls behind the counter gave me an attitude. Terrible customer service for absolutely no reason. Why would you hire people like that to represent your business? They were too busy having fun shouting profanities in the back room
Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t believe it is but I can’t quite remember. I know there are stairs to get inside but im unsure if there is also a ramp for wheelchair users.
