Either this was a prank or it's extremely embarrassing, cause I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN $32 for that meat platter it's an insult to consumers. Sad I can't upload a picture from another Colombian restaurant not far from this one that sell that same meat platter for couple of dollars more but 3x times. more the amount of food. Well lesson learn First and Last time buying from this place. **UPDATE*** Second picture is a. MEAT PLATTER from a near by Colombian restaurant for about 10 dollars more as anyone can see 3x the quantity and it has PREMIUM meat cuts & Great taste

My daughter and I visited Sophia’s Empanadas today and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the sweetest lady who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The empanadas were outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a fantastic local spot! The food at Sofia's Empanadas Restaurant is delicious. Don't let the name confuse you though; they don't just sell empanadas. They also have a variety of other delicious meals and beverages, all made in house. I'll definitely be returning soon!

From the moment we walked into Sofia’s Empanadas, we felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the people were incredibly kind truly great service all around.
The food was amazing. The shrimp with garlic in white wine sauce was absolutely delicious, and the shrimp empanadas, cheese empanadas, and chicken empanadas were all outstanding fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.
And the tres leches cake… so delicious and so special. The lovely woman there even wrote “Happy Birthday” on the box for my daughter, which completely made her night and meant so much to us.
It’s the little touches, the care, and the genuine hospitality that really set this place apart. They’ve definitely gained lifelong customers. Highly recommend!

Ordered the skirt steak and it was really good super flavorful and cooked just right. The empanadas honestly took me back… they tasted like the ones I had in Medellín, which I don’t say lightly. Everything felt authentic, not overdone, just solid Colombian food done right. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

We ordered from the brunch menu (nanas breakfast and huevos pericos) and were not disappointed. Very yummy! Also the first time I’ve seen an American brunch w/ a Colombian twist which was exciting. Will definitely be back to try from the rest of the menu, specifically the empanadas and the coffee
The space is super cute and welcoming, and the restaurant staff is lovely too. Feels super homey. Looks like a great place to dine with a friend or treat yourself to a solo date~
