Place is crowded. Staff work hard with all the orders from drive through and walk in. The iced drink my friend got was 90 % ice. Maybe no more than 2oz of drink in a 10 or cup.
The noise inside seems to be amplified by the cavernous size. So hard to just sit there.

Gone are the days when vwnti's were under $5, and refreshers were a fraction of that. Good drinls, but to pay $7 - $8 is ridiculous. And so wasteful, they make more than the cup size then just throw the extra away. Geez.

Ms. Denise and all the staffs are pleasant. Ms. Denise is a professional individual who treats everyone with kindness, welcoming, respectful, and treats all her customers with dignity. My favorite Starbucks ?
