This Subway doesn't have water in its fountain drink machine, and the workers didn't bother telling us that until AFTER we ordered drinks. I had to pressure my brother to drink something else since he was so thirsty, yet he refused until he was under maximum pressure. Go to a different Subway.

This place have no customer service. Workers are distracted and rude. Even when order is repeated several times they still mess up. When bringing error to worker attention. They get defensive and turn around to blame you, the customer.

I had to ask for someone else to make my sandwich! The guy with Bob on his name tag, was telling me how he wanted to make my sandwich. When I told him no, I don’t want it like that he started slamming things and talking rudely. This is Wednesday 04/12/2023 1:00 in the afternoon. I’d never want anyone that rude making or serving me food and how do you get upset because I don’t want MY stuff the way YOU want to make it? Never ever again at this SubwayDisgusting experience
