I ordered online a footlong (chicken nacho) When I went to store for pickup the lady was on her phone all the time (holding phone in one hand and yapping) . I picked up my subway and when I opened it has bacon in it, no chicken at all and the store wasn’t busy too .so she just messed up my food and I can’t even go back to the store cause I live far from it . They should really focus on their customers instead of friends on call . Hope they improve themselves.

The tomatoes had mold on them. Who knows what else is rotten there. The mold on the tomatoes was visible and I pointed it out to them. We go there for fresh food, not moldy things. Unacceptable.

Food is same as other location. Employees are rude.. no coupon accepted.. I wouldn't pay for $14 for franchise sandwich. There are much better sandwiches at local deli with same price. Try Amia deli, meadow deli. Rt 24 deli. Not even half mile away and they are 3 times better. Believe me.
