Drinks started good but the longer we drank, the cheaper the drinks got. Although the price did not actually change. I believe the bartender was trying to gauge how inebriated we were… which was disheartening. If she could have stayed where she started we would have been great.. honest dating is a 3.75

I never have a bad experience at any Green Turtle restaurants I've been to. This one here, just as awesome. My server Amanda, was absolutely great. She was doing double duty, hostess and waitress. She made me feel welcome, was very attentive to my drink refills, and had a great smile! I will definitely revisit when I am in the area for work again!

I got the tuna bowl and the tuna was far from fresh. It was extremely fishy and slimy. I couldn’t finish my meal at all and left hungry. The service and atmosphere were not great either

Years ago Greene Turtle’s food and service were excellent. They offered deals during the weekday at slow times to drive in more customers.

However, the past few times I ordered from Greene Turtle I was left disappointed. I live close by yet every time I order take out the food takes longer than expected to be ready (at least an extra 10 - 15 minute wait) and then it’s still somehow cold. This is shocking because every time I pick up food the restaurant is dead, which shows that everyone else is seeing what I’m seeing.

The quality of the food itself gets worse each time I order. The most common item I get is the 7 piece boneless barbecue wings. What’s hilarious is the price per wing goes up if you order 10 pieces. Make it make sense. The wings are overpriced especially for the size of them. If you look at the photo you’ll notice the side cup for dipping is bigger than the wing itself. Also don’t order through delivery service because they increase the price per item. Also the cookie lava cake comes frozen like a rock, I would know because one time they forgot to heat it up before delivering it to me.

The sad reality of most restaurants is that prices increase while quality decreases. Don’t believe the reviews. A lot of businesses pay for third party Google reviews to increase their ratings. It’s not that good nor famous.

came here last month with grandparents and cousins. everything was a usual experience, polite staff and such.

though My cousins crab melt was not melted due to the plastic being left on the cheese…

I used to love coming to the green turtle but this will be my last visit. I'm guessing their bartender was purposely not serving me because I decided to get their draft pass deal. It is so incredibly frustrating asking the bartender for a drink only to see them talking in the phone and hanging out with other crew members instead brining my drink when there are only 3 other people in the bar area. If you're going to have your bartenders purposely ignore orders because of a deal you offer, maybe reconsider talking the deal off the menu. I would much rather pay full price than making an order and having to wait 20 minutes for a 8 oz beer in an empty bar.

I placed an online order, when I arrived I waited for 15 minutes before being greeted (it was empty). When I got my food I checked the bag since last time they forgot some items. I checked and noticed my one item was missing. I went back in and one employee accused me of lying saying it was still in there and she walked away. Another employee had to help me. Super disappointed in the service and rudeness of staff.
