We eat there at least once a week and sometimes with 20 people from our happy hour group. Amanda and Joe are most accommodating to large groups. Service and food are always on point. Highly recommended for lunch or a night out.

This was my first time here. I would say it was great. The staff was all awesome. The food was fantastic. The price of food and drink is very fair . I definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed . ?
Food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. Crazy wait with open tables. Zero hostess to help navigate things, waitresses were forgetting at tables all around. They couldn't handle a Sunday dinner rush. Hire more people, cause the crew got and on Sunday was non existent and cost your business

Always a pleasure, my kids and I found this spot about 8yrs ago in LI but the location in Hempstead has since been closed so we now and then venture to the other location in East Meadow, great crew and food, would like to see more locations in NY especially in Westchester Rockland areas..

Service was bad. Me and 3 other buddies went, seated quickly. Was told we were going to be served by another server but she still took our order, no problem. By the end of eating and all, we were serviced by 4 different people. I understand if it’s understaffed but some servers were just standing around and it wasn’t packed at all. Being served by 4 different people didn’t bother me much, it was more of the fact that most of them didn’t provide a welcoming experience or at least be somewhat nice. Didn’t get any “Thank you for coming in!” or “Have a nice night!” when we left and just felt out of place the whole time there. Would never recommend this place. You can go to places with a better customer experience close by. Oh and forgot to mention that we were overcharged as well but we brought it to their attention, no apologies either there. It’s the small things that really stand out sometimes, not that hard to greet or give a “Thank you!” Another thing too, more of suggestion instead of a complaint, add some more vegetarian options as well like 2-3, thanks!

We ordered a chicken cobb salad with honey mustard, but what we got was a bundle of leaves missing half the ingredients, and most notably, the CHICKEN! No one reached out that they were out of chicken (if they were). After I noticed the half salad, I called in and was met with a rude and very unapologetic host who offered me a lousy $5 off my next meal. Thanks for nothing.

This is my first time here. They are so nice.Great food and beer selection ordered the batted fish, Taos and burger. Every thing tastes great would recommend this place to anybody looking for great value priced food. I will return.

When we first entered the restaurant nobody was at the front to give us a table for the first 5 minutes. After being seated it took another 5 minutes to get drinks, then it took around 10-15 minutes to get our orders taken. After we got our orders TAKEN, it took another 20 minutes to actually get the food. When the food arrived, the cheese on the food tasted like cheap microwaved cheese you would taste in a bowling alley food court. Additionally my crabcake I ordered was so small that the lettuce and tomato on top of it together was probably 3x the size of the crabcake itself.I left the restaurant starving. The spinach and artichoke dip was the only good item I felt we ate today. Don't get me wrong the crabcake was good. but god the 40 minute wait wasn't worth the $15 or miniscule amount of food it amounted to. Me and my dad are probably never coming back.Like my mom said, for the slow service- this place is sure named after a Turtle for a reason!
