Ordered a burger through door dash, just took a bite of my burger and bit into something and spit out a damn staple pin!??!? This is absolutely appalling and unacceptable. I will never eat here again. Please do better! I have reached out to the restaurant and have yet to hear back from management. I could have easily swallowed it and ended up in the hospital.

I’ve been a loyal customer here since the day they opened. Up until the end of 2024, I rarely had a complaint. Unfortunately, each visit since then has gotten progressively worse — and after today, I don’t plan on coming back.
I ordered two identical burgers. Both were missing three key ingredients and looked like they were thrown together without any care. On top of that, they were noticeably lacking in flavor — far below the quality I was used to from this place.
My drive home is just 3 minutes, so I wasn’t expecting the food to be piping hot — but I also wasn’t expecting it to be room temperature or colder. The onion rings and fries were both cold, flavorless, and stale. The fries were especially bad — soggy and borderline inedible.
They also forgot all dipping sauces or condiments. For a full meal, I was given two ketchup packets — that’s it.
I tried calling to speak with someone before writing this review, but no one answered. Today was a real letdown. I truly hope they turn things around, but I can no longer recommend this place based on how far the quality has fallen.

So today the store was very busy but the food was still amazing like always , the service is great. The two girls that work are the best very nice ,very kind and I absolutely love the burgers like the best burgers I ever had always good 10/10. ‘Must visit’

I ate at wayback Burger for the first time yesterday with my fiance we ate at the one in East meadow and had an excellent experience. The food was incredible very fairly priced and the service that this particular location was beyond my expectations. Reeba yudy, Matthew and Gumpreet we're excellent. Our questions were answered immediately and with incredible detail. We ended up having to wait a few hours because we were at the hospital down the road and they allowed me to charge my phone citizen tables use the restroom where in much less time and better circumstances I've had other restaurants and or employees give me much less. They were incredibly friendly knowledgeable and professional. I watch them do the same with every other customer that came into the location while I was there. If I were there boss I would be incredibly proud.
