Horrible, horrible, horrible were thr fried foods. The french fries were burnt, the onion rings burnt! The tater tots were also burnt. Its seems like they dont change the oil for the fried foods. The burgers were decent but definitely wouldnt recommend for anyone to order there. I couldnt even go back to complain because they closed early.

Awful. If I could give zero Stars I would. East Meadow NY Store. The burgers tasted like the meat was bad, the owners who work behind the counter are extremely rude. Place was empty and now I see why. I asked for a cup of water after spending $30 on two Combos and she gave me a shot glass sized cup.. My wife and I took two bites out of the sandwich and complained to one of the owners, he went up to the other owner and the female could care less. We literally just walked out. No way these new owners last. Bad food, awful owners, one of the worst dining experiences ever .I highly recommend you avoid this place. Read reviews, lots of unhappy customers lately

Wanted a hot dog. Walked in to an empty place just after 11am. A man of Asian descent was going to take my order. I asked for chili. The chili wasn’t ready he proclaimed. Ok. I asked for cheese and he copped an attitude with me. “I just told you it wasn’t ready!” It’s a shame because the food is good there. I walked out. I can’t stand for an attitude. What happened to customer service. Across the street is the old standby. McDonald’s. Had a great double cheese burger and had good customer service.

The Burgers single or double are tasty the bread used it melts in one's mouth. The French fries ? are awesome. The milkshakes are real, full body.
On a recent visit to New York, I stopped by for some food after a meeting. The burgers were amazing, and the service was excellent. The owner even checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was alright, which was a really nice touch. 5/5 stars from me!Parking: N/a

Be very careful of the Wayback Burger food truck in front of the the Met Museum. The guy working there overcharged us (he basically added his own tip without showing us) and he refused to give us a receipt although we paid by credit card. He didn’t want us to double check against the posted prices on the menu

I would give no stars if I could , two guys behind the counter are so busy making two burgers and see me standing there and the store is empty , standing there for 10 mins and not one of them turned around to ask if I need to make an order or if I need help , I immediately walked out and they never ever even looked bothered , never gonna even think of visiting that business again
