They forgot my two sandwiches that I ordered. Spent 20 mins to pick it back up. After telling the lady who served my order she went to the back chatted in Spanish with the prep, looked at me and chuckled. Not even a simple apology for messing up my order or wasting my time. I don’t eat Wendy’s often but I sure as hell wont come back to this crappy joint ever. I live 5 mins away its no wonder why there’s never people inside.

If I can Give negative stars I would first they forgot my chocolate chip cookies second, they gave me a baked potato without the sour cream and everything was horrible.

I go to Wendy’s maybe once or twice a month and this was my first time at the location (drive through). I couldn’t even finish my meal before writing this review because the food here is absolutely atrocious. I ordered Dave’s double combo, and a Caesar salad. The salad had the driest chicken I’ve ever been served in my whole life, like it was sitting out. The burger was sour and my Coke Zero had no flavor. I order the exact same thing every time I go. Everything I ordered was old and/or tasted funny. The only thing I could finish were my fries and they were cold and dry before I asked them to make it fresh for me while at the window. The way food is served here is totally unsafe and unacceptable. Simply put it’s not served fresh. I hope and pray I don’t get sick. I would advise for potential health risks not to eat here. FYI i went about 10 min before closing because the one near whole foods was closed. I know some service workers hate that. I would really hate to think I was given bad food on purpose, but I wouldn’t put it past them .

The worst customer I have ever experienced. I was at the counter waiting for someone to take my order and no one even acknowledged me. I asked if someone could take my order and they simply ignored me. I asked for a manager and again was ignored. I refuse to spend my money here and will rethink if I ever visit another Wendy’s ever again. I usually have a good experience at other Wendy’s locations but after this experience I may never go to another Wendy’s ever again. The workers here need to be retrained on customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope someone does something about this. I would give 0 if it was an available option.

Blonde hispanic women gave attitude right off the bat. I’m in customer service and very understanding but when I try to be nice and get attitude it’s rude. I also have a missing item on my meal.
