bad bad place i don’t recommend anyone going to wendy’s in east meadow. I order a baked potato and when I got home the baked potato was empty as if someone ate more than half of the potato and just rewarmed it and sold it. It is completely unprofessional that they do not answer the phones as well. Food tasted completely burnt. If you want to go to wendy’s go to a different location. This place and service deserves 0 stars! Once again Save your money and go elsewhere!

Went to drive thru. Cashier attempted to over charge me by several dollars with no receipt. When I questioned that she got very nasty. Food was terrible and cold - Burgers, chicken nuggets, fries (barely cooked) Again very nasty when I told them about the problem and asked for fresh and hot food. Wendy's is usually my first choice for fast food Burgers. Very disappointing.

Polite young man in the drive-thru; food was delish... fries seemed short, but they were hot as Wendy's always promise. Wendy's is one of my fav fast food restaurants (in my top 3).Parking: Decent number of parking in both sides of the restaurant (and handicap spaces available); if you drive around towards drive-thru, it's hard to park unless you reverse... and if you exit, it's a one way road so you can't re-enter (not a highlight).

Got here first time on a Saturday 11 am. There was only two customers getting ready to order including me. So I was the first one order at the kiosk. After I ordered, then about five customers came in and order thru the cashier. After 10 minutes, the monitor showed my order is ready. So I approached the counter. I was told it's not ready. 4 staff working behind the counter and handed out orders that came after me slowly. After twenty minutes, I followed up again. One staff looked at my receipt and saud it was because I ordered a family 50 pc chicken nuggets. But that basket of chicken nuggets had been sitting there over the deep fryer since I ordered 20 min ago! It's just a matter of putting them in a big container. Surely enough, they then filled a container from the same basket of nuggets for me. It was choatic. Four staff couldn't even handle a few customers at the same time. Food: chicken nuggets of course weren't crispy and I wonder why. It's a little on the salty side but no big deal. Double bacon cheese burger was tasty. Fries was fresh. They have two freestyle soda machine which is a plus. No ice tea though. Three self serve order kiosks. Dining area: clean. Comfortable. Soft music. Not too loud. Restroom: zero star. Two stalls for women. Dirty with tissues/ trash on floor. Floor was wet and sticky. Parking was no problem. No plan to return.

I've been to this Wendy's numerous times in the past. I usually order drive thru and my order has been messed up several times, but was corrected. Today was great. They got my order of single cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato only. There wasn't a long line, so I got my food in adequate time. The entire facility is clean and maintained. I will definitely come back here over and over whenever I'm craving.

First off they didnt have the roll.for my classic sausage egg and cheese. Ok so i got a biscuit... BUT MY FROSTYCCINOTHIS WAS INEXCUSABLE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO MAKE ONE. I dont even thing they knew what it was... im so serious. I asked for a chocolate frostyccino and they were like we dont have chocolate, we have vanilla, hazlenut, caramel... lol. Theyblisting coffee flavors like literally its either choc Or vanilla ... so im like gimme vanilla..YUCK. NOT A FROSTYCINNO.LIKE STRAIGHT UP VANILLA FLAVORING IN WATER NO COFFEE NO FROSTY.. U KNOW ITS LIKE THE FAKE.VANILLA FLAVOR ... ALSO CAME WARM NOT COLD. They neeD to learn how to.make this.. ive been to so many wendys and never got anything like this. Its awful, they need training. I had to throw it out its not even something i can get down.. and i get one every day just never tried this Wendy's before omg. Was hoping it was good too cause this one is much more accessible when driving where i go. how could it be this bad? No rolls either ? Lol

Place sucked server at drive thru window had an attitude, seriously needs to learn to be more hospitable, manager was looking at me like am asking too much for a straw … the food was undercooked and sloppily put together so much ketchup they added on my double Dave burger … the spicy chicken was too hot it’s like they dipped in fire , and burnt my mouth and after 2 bites I said I got to get rid of it and went up to get classic crispy instead they took back both sandwiches..,I wasn’t lying it’s unbearably hot and could not enjoy my food. There wasn’t even a line hood service is hard to get especially in East Meadow WOW
