We had hibachi here this evening. We were a large group so there were quite a few personalities to please. It was only the chef’s second day but good golly were his skills seasoned. It was like he had been behind the flat top for a century. Couldn’t recommend Tony’s more, enjoy!

The food is pretty good here although it's not the best I've had. The steak hibachi often has chewy cartilage in it and very little flavor, the portion size is also kind of pitiful. The worst part is the service i recieved at one point. I live about 12 minutes away. I ordered my food ahead of time, just sushi for my gf and hibachi for me. When i got there, the order wasn't ready which is understandable, but i didn't expect to be left waiting almost 30 minutes for the order to be ready. What is the point of ordering takeout AHEAD of time if it's going to take nearly 40 minutes to be ready. And correct me if I'm wrong, while hibachi takes a little time to cook, what was their excuse for the sushi taking so long? Such a waste of my time, ill never order from here again.

They have delicious assortment of Asian food. I've had their Ramen, Pad Thai, and General Tsos chicken and I've loved it all. I'm not a fan of sushi so I haven't tried it, but everyone I've gone with says their sushi is really good too. I recommend the raspberry sorbet covered in dark chocolate for dessert!!

Walnut shrimp was horrible. Shrimps were like rubber and sauce was lumpy and seperate from shrimp. Boneless ribs online menu when we ordered was listed as pint and quart. We ordered quart and paid for quart. Then was given a small box of ribs. When we questioned the size we were told that there is small and large and that was the large certainly not a quart as listed. Food was cold and shrimp roll was soggy. Nothing was worth the extra cost of food from this restaurant.

(Pretaines to Hibachi only) My family and I dined in the Hibachi area as we have been doing every year on my B-day for 4 or 5 years now. It has a high quality/ high-end atmosphere, very polite and accommodating staff, great Sake selection, and top quality/perfectly prepared ingredients. The only negative comment I have is with the hibachi chef's cooking abilities being inconsistent from chef to chef. With some preparing truly delectable/ memorable meals and others that can't or don't know when the item is cooked to the customer's requested temp.. On 2 separate visits with 2 different chefs, I ordered the filet mignon (cooked medium) and lobster tail. Upon receiving my steak, it was blue rare, and my lobster tail was overcooked as well. The high-quality of the ingredients made it edible, so I didn't bother making a fuss. I would have asked for the chef to throw it back on the grill for a bit longer, but with hibachi chefs, they immediately start to clean the grill and leave once complete, making it difficult to request something be put back on the grill. That's the only reason i gave 4 stars, not 5. That being said, I still consider this place a top hibachi restaurant and would absolutely recommend to visit.Kid-friendliness: The hibachi show is a blast. They also stock a Japanese drink called ramune(Eng. trans. lemonade). It's basically sweet flavored carbonated water in a fun bottle that drops a marble down when you open it, fun to shake around, and the marble prevents them from drinking it too fast. They'll love it and be kept busy.
