We had gyros, spinach pie, humus, crab cakes, and some desserts. Best humus and souvlaki sauce I’ve ever had, even got lucky enough to taste the rice pudding right after it was made, and that chocolate moose cake was out of this world. Everything was delicious and fresh. Can’t wait to try other menu items. Very friendly and polite owner and staff!
It’s a tragedy I missed out on this place for the many years I’ve lived in Northport. Definitely will become a regular now and treat our guests when they come to visit.
No photos since every dish looked super yummy so I got busy stuffing my face. 😅

Gyro was great, soup was awful! Basically lemon water with a tiny bit of celery and carrots and a tiny bit of orzo. If I was eating it there it certainly would have went back
Food was terrible and highly overpriced!! They charge 15 dollars for a pita with pork meat and the pita is tiny. They do add a good amount of meat in it but the meat is as hard as cardboard. More like dog food than anything else. They also have souvlaki on the menu but it isn’t the typical skewers it’s just cubed pork meat that again is as hard as rock and grossly overpriced. I was charged 25 dollars for about 15 cubes. Needless to say we paid 60 dollars for 2 small pitas, 2 souvlakia and a coke!! Freekin ridiculous. Don’t know what these people are thinking but I’m pretty sure they wont be around for long.

I don’t know what happened to this place. They are the tiniest little gyros and the most expensive around. When my wife came home and told me how much she spent on four gyros, I was absolutely appalled when I took them out of the bag and they fit in the palm of my hand. I understand things might be a little tough, but ripping people off is absolute BS.
Solid choice for Greek food. The food and service are great.

Frequent this place and it never disappoints. The food is excellent. Love the chicken gyro. Prices are decent overall and the staff are pleasant.

HIGHLY recommend for catering. They were so kind, communicative, and efficient in catering my mom’s birthday. The food was delicious and everyone at the party was raving about it. I will 100% be using Athens Square again for my catering needs.

Consistently the best Greek food in town! The chicken gyros never miss.
So I ordered the gyro to go. I left, upon opening my tray.My gyro was just a little bigger then a taco. There was a bunch of lettuce very little meat. There was def room for 2 of these. Which then would have equaled a normal gyro. Was left hungry and disappointed. The girl at the front was very nice. They had that going for them.

Craptacular. Made the mistake of ordering takeout from this place. The gyro was tiny with minimal meat, no tomato a few scraps of lettuce. I can't imagine anyone sitting down to eat there - ambience like a gas station bathroom.

Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about. Good food, and possibly add a star if you like Greek food.
