i’m a consistent customer here at this bagel boss and every time i go to buy something , theres something i don’t appreciate. i tend to get ignored and when i do order i get my meal last. It’s definitely a racial thing because i would order before tons of white people and they will get their meal first because their white and i’m black. I will never eat their again and i spend a lot of money there.

March 28th waited in line for 15 minutes got skipped 4 times. Food is good but customer service sucks !!!! No systems in place to handle workload. Use to be my spot will never go back there !!!!

Maybe worth 3 stars bc it's easy access to get in and out on Jericho tpke. This used to be my go to back in the days. Good breakfast, bagels, coffee but things have gone downhill compared to years ago! I'm here simply to advise customers to pay close attention to how they charge you for the items. Last couple of visits they upcharged me for bagels and the breakfast specials they used to have. The prices are clearly up on the board but the elderly (brunette) woman - she puts in random higher prices. Thought maybe they were rushing and was a honest mistake. This time around, I paid attention and addressed the same elderly woman that rang me up yesterday. She didn't even scan the lox cream cheese. She over charged me & punched in random codes to her register and it was nowhere close to the charge of my lox cream cheese that was indicated on the container. When I pointed out that's not the price. She charged me almost $9. The container clearly had $7. She hesitated for a moment and her answer was well, if you pay cash, you will get some money returned! Mind bottling! She admits she clearly upcharged me and it's ok that I got a discount for paying in cash! I wonder if anyone else catches her little scam?! I haven't been there in over a year and she def did same beforehand. Cash discount is for anyone who pays in cash! If she does this with every customer, I can't imagine how much they are up charging daily! I will not return and plenty of good bagel spots in the area to go back here to be scammed for the 3rd time. If you choose to go here... watch out for that old woman that puts in prices she chooses depending on her mood that day!

My main issue is my bill. Was 11, handed in a 20 and got a dolllar change. I told the lady up front and she said that’s the correct change. How is a bill 11 you pay with a single bill to and get 1 dollar back. Wasn’t going to cause a scene so I took my food and left. Absolute first and last time there. Now on to the foodBagel was decent. Skimpy on the bacon and egg and they threw a cold piece of cheese on top after it cooked. It was luke warm somehow and it just came off the grill. Won’t make the mistake of going back again.

I ordered my sandwich excited to try but it took 20 minutes. The guy that took my order put it in the microwave to cook it. That’s disgusting then used his bare hands to bring it to the back. Then took another 10 minute then he forgot about it.

Unlike many of the other Bagel Bosses, this one is not kosher. That was a little disappointing. On the other hand, the bagels were fresh and good. If you're looking for a full service deli, they're it!

I always go to this Bagel Boss. The staff are the best. Always so friendly. Today I decided to order through their online app. I pick it up and my order is wrong even though it clearly states on the receipt stapled to the bag what the order should be. As part of my breakfast I ordered French toast with strawberries. As you can see from the picture, they were a little tight (an understatement) with the strawberries. A disgrace really.

This Bagel Boss also get a five star rating hands down. Located right on Ft. Solonga Rd. in East Northport, it is a very easy in and out with plenty of parking...even during the busy periods. This is a large location with plenty of seating and plenty of all different kinds of foods. The store is clean and inviting to sit and dine at. I must admit that it was strange coming into my first Bagel Boss that was not Kosher. They are starting to bring in Boars Head meats which I am sure will help these locations. It opens them up to a whole to market.I stop by BB often when I'm in the mood for a GOOD bagel and coffee. Reasonable pricing for their portion size and quality of food. They were having a special on desserts (by one get one free, (higher price prevails) which is a GREAT deal.Since I'm usually here just for a [cream cheese] bagel and coffee I just watched a few people picking up some lunch. This was some good looking food.The teams at BB are always friendly and helpful. I must say, I just enjoy being greeted with a hello and a smile. Team is attentive to needs and I am happy to stop by here.KUDOs to the team at Bagel Boss - East Northport.
